Ordered in March 2025. Product did not arrive until June 23,2025 perfume bottle broken. Asked for a replacement or refund. Damn CS didn't send me a replacement and tried to refund me $9.00 for a product that I paid 45.69 for. How can I file a complaint against this company

Do not order from them. Ordered perfume, charged $18 delivery fee which was not added til after my perfume was ordered. Waited and tracked delivery. It ended up in Utah and never got to me. Then supposedly they resent, claimed it was delivered to my address, never got it. Tried to dispute with my credit card, they presented bogus receipts, tried to call post office as they suggested, not a valid tracking number. I just wanted the stupid perfume I ordered.

Took over 4 weeks to receive order. Was advertised as genuine, authentic perfume. What i received was clearly a cheap knock off. Do not order from this site. You will not receive Nyla perfume

I been wearing it couple weeks now and feels pretty comfortable on my knee during intense rides; good support without snagging gear, def helps my confidence riding trails.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company! I purchased perfume four months ago and I am still waiting for it. After several emails, I have not received a refund. I believe the first order that said it was in my city was stolen and then this company sent a second one which has now been in transit in the US for one month. Every time I ask for a refund I keep getting "be patient as it's on its way!" No, it is not. Four months and no product. This is a scam!

I placed order for Perfume in April- never got it until June. Tracking stated coming from overseas; package delived from California on the label. Then it is a cheap knock off- not original.
A whole lot of aggravation for nothing.
Bought the real thing from Amazon, and arrived in a week, and 3x the size of the perfume ordered from Visualizte!!

2 1/2 months after I placed my order and I finally received my package. The price was $34. But after all the fees, it came up to $55. You won’t see this until you click checkout! The tracking information that was sent showed it’s coming from France. After over a month of tracking and it showed the same information from day one, and continued tries at contacting seller, I ended up contacting PayPal and was able to get a response from seller. At that point, new tracking information was provided and it showed it was at customs in China! I was then told that they ran out of stock in France so it’s coming from warehouse in China. After more wait time and tracking information showing in transit for a month, I again went through PayPal and was given the excuse that the package is in transit and I should wait before asking for refund. Today, approximately a week after last contact, I received the package and it has a return address of California!! It has a nice smell but nothing spectacular. When I took the box out of the shipping packaging, I noticed the smell was awfully strong. I opened the box, removed the bottle and when I tried to pull the cap off so I could spray the perfume, the entire top of the bottle was broken and came off in my hand making me spill perfume all over the counter. I had to find a spray bottle to transfer what was left of the perfume into. The bottle is made of a very cheap, fragile plastic. So… if you plan to purchase, just be aware!!! Update: after requesting a refund, I was met with… I could receive a refund after they receive the package, returned to them by July 5th. I have responded with… it took 2 1/2 months to get the package to me. Obviously, there’s no way it will reach seller in 2 weeks. Seller is more than welcome to send me a pre-paid, self addressed envelope but I’m not paying to return a fake and defective item. Also requested that they let me know how they would like to handle the return of the perfume that is sitting in the broken bottle and suggested they can send a bottle to pour it into! As of this evening, no response! Final update- I was denied a refund because I won’t send them tracking information. I am going to just chalk this up as a scam/loss and I won’t be ordering anything from them again.

Never buy from Visualizte . They’re scammers and crooks!!!!

I HAVE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT SHIPPING AND WHY MY PACKAGE HASN'T GOTTEN HERE, BLAH, BLAH BLAH, AND THEY KEEP GIVING THE ME THE RUNAROUND. i HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY KEEP TALKING ABOUT SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS, ETC. i HAVE THREATENED TO WRITE A REVIEW AND STILL NOTHING. sO HERE IT IS.

If I could give 0 stars I would.i still have not received my product I ordered in April.all I get is excuse after excuse from these people .no refund says it was delivered nothing was ever delivered .this is a scam these people are awful don't order from them .

If I could make it negative stars, I would. Paid them over 60.00 and nothing but excuses since April. I have about 20 emails back and forth with fake tracking numbers and excuses about how "since its already been shipped, can't issue a refund." Liars, scammers thieves. Do NOT make the mistake I did...

SCAM SCAM SCAM first of all for some reason I have like different tracking numbers and they all say delivered but ain’t nothing delivered to my house. Says it was signed for. I reached out and got an email back literally right away, said it was delivered. Nothing they can do. Forget this store.

I ordered what they advertised as the Arabiyat Prestige “Nyla” perfume that Rihanna wears and it was a cheap unmarked knock off and smelled like crap. It took them over a month to ship it and it was over $40 and it was fake and not as advertised, not the one Rihanna wears.

I got fake nyla prestige it took 3 months. I'm so upset.

Received my product after months & it came completely spilled. I paid $48 asked for a refund & they offered to give me $8 in refund!!! Are you serious right now? Then they said ok $12. I said what world do you live in where that is ok. I refuse to accept that. They said they would send me a new one but I only wanted a refund. I see I’m not the only one with issues. I have video & pictures of the product how I received it.

So never order anything from this website or ones that have similar layout because I went to order NylaEDP which is popular right now from this website they had two Nyla perfumes, one with the Nyla name then one just with the logo , I ordered One With Nyla thinking it’s the right one .
Month gone by tracking showing my item in same destination so I contacted them like where my product just like everyone else the tariff msg came to me

Then oh we sent new one out to get to you faster right then I new sun was up so I went and read they little saying that read if you not satisfied will offer you full refund no questions asked nothing to lose well nothing to lose part was it being they will not help you I even went through PayPal and my bank the company is

Ordered nyla perfume, waited 6 weeks and when it came it was FAKE, total scammers, please do not order from them

Mind you I was waiting since AprilThese assholes are going down I have an international investigator and tracing them as we speak they gave me several different tracking numbers lied and said that my package was delivered they forgot that wouldn't the day that I sent for the package I am so pissed off didn't tell me that was coming from whIre the hell over there then they said it was from Australia then China that's okay whoever on here has gotten a hold of someone to get the money back let me know
