They were quick to reply and offered a more than competitive quote, coming in at £200 cheaper than the other quote we received. They arranged for the survey to take place within 10 working days of our initial contact with them, then returning that survey to us within two working days of it taking place. Astonishingly quick. We are happy with the suvey also, it seems comprehensive and as thorough as they could be.

I have used Able Surveyors Limited twice now and they have being very efficient both times. They booked the survey as soon as I paid and sent the final report 1 day after.

The surveyor was also readily available to take a call to provide clarity on issues raised.
I will definitely use them again when I need to.

I did level 3 survey of home with ablesurveyors. The report was comprehensive, detailed and gave me insights in the property that greatly assisted us with decision making. Jack Sullivan was very helpful in explaining the report findings and identifying critical points of the survey. Wholeheartedly recommend.

They are also very competitively priced compared to larger firms who don't have the same service. I would definitely recommend!

The Level 2 survey was easy to book, promptly carried out and I received the report in very good time at a reasonable price. Communication was great and I was kept informed about the progress along the way. The surveyor was also very helpful in answering queries that arose following the survey.

I recently had a Level 3 survey carried out by Able Surveyors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
The report was well-structured, easy to follow, and highlighted both major concerns and minor issues in a way that was practical. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Ross in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole experience far less stressful.

Great service from Jack Sullivan. Contacted the company on the Thursday and the next day the survey was carried out and by Saturday Or Sunday I had the full report emailed over. All very detailed with photos of possible potential problems and all very clear for me.

We had a fantastic experience with Able Surveyors. Our surveyor Jack was speedy and thorough, sending the report within 24 hours of the survey. All our additional concerns were included in the booking and addressed.

I came across Jack at Able Surveyors when he conducted a Homebuyers Survey on the property I was selling. I found him to be very thorough and professional, therefore when I recently (finally) found a property I wanted to buy, I contacted Able Surveyors, and requested Jack to undertake a level 3 survey due to the age of the property. I was really pleased with the report, which included estimates for the work that would need to be completed, and an indication of how serious/urgent any defects were. I also had a number of questions post survey, which Jack answered quickly and effectively. Thanks Jack, fully recommended!

hi i am gratefull to dean for what i think was avery good report on a bungalow that i am buying in hullbridge essex i havent moved for 40 years so i didnt know what to expect but on reading the report it seems to cover an awful lot well worth the money i am sorry you got messed about on first appointment ie know keys
