I have just let two properties let with Abode through Amanda/Lyndsey - one in Widnes and the other in L14. I have used about half a dozen other agents over the last couple of years whilst investing in property and I have found them to be the best and will continue to use them in the future and would encourage anyone else who is having problems with there agent to switch to them… excellent job…👊🏼

I recently moved into a new house and I couldn't have done it without the help of my letting agent Amanda. She was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. Really responsive throughout the process and was always contactable, I was really impressed with the level of service that I received from my letting agent. They were always available to answer my questions and they went above and beyond to make sure that my move was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.

Abode dealt with the sale of my old house and are dealing with the purchase of my new one. Throughout they have been friendly and helpful, particularly Sue Leonard, Stacie and Ann.

They kept me informed, were great at giving feedback from buyers swiftly and I feel they went out of their way to help with my new purchase.

I would definitely recommend them.

Abode were really pleasant, approachable, respectful and helpful when we applied for and started our rent-to-buy tenancy. We all know estate agents tend to have a bit of a reputation, but I am pleased to say that in my experience, Abode have bucked the trend. Amanda at the Allerton branch was particularly helpful.

We have just moved house ,our house was up for sale with abode and we bought a house that was on sale through abode in formby Merseyside also. We were in contact with a lady called Sue Leonard and the process was seamless . From the start we have the photographs of the property done and they were fantastic! The support from Sue and Ann was constantly there and every query was answered. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I already have to a family member. The staff are genuinely helpful and understand the market and the best ways to approach any issues you have . Well done abode

The lettings ladies at the Allerton branch, particularly Amanda and Lynsey have been very helpful and efficient throughout the letting process. Now we are moving out they have helped us to expedite our move with prompt references. A special mention to Amanda, whose advice and assistance has been invaluable and thanks to her I am now on my way to being in a position to buy my own first property. Abode are thorough and efficient and repairs are undertaken promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend them as your landlord or estate agent.

Not knowing what to expect when selling a house for the first time, Helen and Sue were very helpful and professional and able to communicate well between me and the buyer. No question was too silly and the house sold very quickly. The Estate agents showing people around my home where very friendly and warm and I can't thank all of the staff enough for helping us through this experience.
