Breach of guidelines
SCAM ALERT
SCAM. I ordered a faucet from them in April, it is now October, It has not shipped. They responded to a few of my emails early on letting me know the item was being custom made (NEWS TO ME), then stopped responding. Initial timeline for delivery was 14-21 days. We're at 6 months. At this point I just want a refund.

I would be very careful dealing with this company. We work with some interior designers in the US that specify their product. However, we are unable to contact this company because they have no phone number & email responses are very slow at best.
The most frustrating problems boiled over today when we tried to place an order by credit card, but got the response that credit card payments are not accepted. Tomorrow we will start the process of contacting the designers to request they specify a different (more cooperative) lighting fixture manufacturer. We are over a month along so far with zero results.
Untrustworthy Online Store – Stay Away
I purchased a "Jaxton - Sink Hot/Cold 360 Degree Swivel Kitchen Tap (Black)" from abodejungle[dot] com for £75.72 last year. Just over a year later, the tap began leaking.
I contacted their sales team, provided the photographic evidence they requested, and then… silence. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a reply.
I also checked Companies House UK and found no record of this business, which makes me question whether it’s even legitimate.
Very poor customer service, no accountability, and a complete disregard for customers. Avoid this store - I will never buy from them again.

Don't order from abode jungle unless you're prepared to wait weeks! Still waiting more than three weeks now for our bedroom lights. So disappointing, especially as no one at abode jungle is taking any responsibility for customers, eg no contact telephone number or active link to web chat

I ordered three spotlights (no actual measurements on their website). They were too small so emailed them for instructions on how to return. I was sent an address (which was in the UK) and posted them back. Still waiting for a refund. They have responded to two emails saying they were looking into it. Since then, nothing. Ignore their blurb “we offer a full money back guarantee”. Certainly not in my case!

This is a terrible company and consumers should not buy anything from this website. I paid a lot of money for an item but need to return it - I have sent countless emails asking for return instructions but have had no response. ⭐ 1 Star – Avoid Abode Jungle at all costs
I spent almost £4,000 with Abode Jungle on lighting products that were marketed as “made to order” and premium quality. What I actually received were cheap, mass-produced imports identical to those sold on AliExpress and Alibaba for around £150.
The products were poorly made, with visible defects, cheap drivers, poor finishes, and resin parts misrepresented as premium materials. I rejected the order under my statutory consumer rights and returned everything — yet Abode Jungle refuses to refund. Their only offer was to replace a single defective pendant, completely ignoring the fact the entire order was substandard and mis-sold.
I gave them every opportunity: raised concerns, provided photos, even cancelled a protective chargeback in good faith so they could refund me directly. Instead, they’ve doubled down with legalistic emails, denial, and delay. Weeks later: no refund.
This business hides behind “made to order” language, when in reality they are drop-shipping mass-produced lights at 10x markup, while denying consumers their basic rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I am now pursuing a Section 75 claim with Barclays, reporting them to Trading Standards, and will escalate this in the Small Claims Court if necessary.
⚠️ Warning to others: Do not be misled by their marketing. Their products are not bespoke, not premium, and their customer service when challenged is obstructive at best.

Horrible business. LIARS. They misrepresent their products on their website and when you return at your own expense, the unused, original packaging, they don't refund you. Shoppers beware. I can see there are many, many posts like mine.

Over a month and still no delivery
Over a month and still no delivery. Keep being promised updates and that my order is nearing it's destination, and even told it was delivered yet still no item. When asked for a refund I get the same response, it's on its way or it's been delivered. No update on the shipment tracking. Absolute nightmare to deal with and will certainly not order again. Next step is legal action.

Ordered lights [20/06/25] and then received email indicating turnaround time. I emailed immediately to cancel the order (within 30 minutes) and received an email 3 days later saying too late they are already on the way. [Reader - they weren't as I received a confirmation of shipping 1 week later 28/06/25]. I then received them [04/07/25] and emailed to request the shipping address to return them. [I have yet to have a reply to this email]. As I was coming up to the 14 days since delivery , I have sent them [14/07/25] to the address on the website with proof of posting and followed up with a message indicating that they had 14 days to refund my money [reader - no response to that email either]. I guess I will be initiating the charge back and taking my chances with the legal threats based on the evidence I have documenting all of the above.

Abode Jungle will never refund you your money after returning their product as highlighted in their policy. You have to go through your bank to dispute the transaction. Evidence of transaction and any other correspondance will be required by the bank. You have about 120 day to have the disputed amount logged depending on your Bank' policy.This process takes less than two weeks to have your money back in your bank account
