Ordered a drone 5 weeks ago, took the money from my husband's bank account and that was it! Don't use this website! They are SCAM!!!

Ordered 28th April.took money out of my account.scammers like everyone says.wish I had looked at reviews sooner.

I ordered a drone back in March still not arrived , sent multiple emails , no reply . I have reported the transaction as fraud and hopefully these can will be caught out as it’s day light robbery.

Absolute day light robbery, takes your money and runs, i ordered a drone 5 weeks ago, no email confirmation and no emails back to me. Avoid this company like the plague.

Dont use this company. They take your money from your credit card when u order then nothing. They dont answer your e mails, the online chat doesnt work and the tracker doesnt work. From my experience this is a scam company out to rob you of your money. This company needs closing down dont buy anything from them. They wont deliver be warned !!!

Money taken from Bank 5 weeks ago. No sign of despatch information and no responses to messages either through the website or via Facebook page. Think I have been scammed.

Con merchants. Ordered over a month ago, no goods or contact. Isn't there a legal body we can report to?

Contacted them 5 times regarding my order from 6 weeks ago. Still no sign of product or the refund that I have demanded in the emails. Absolutely poor company and customer service.

Scammers!! Ordered a drone for my son to play with in lockdown 6 weeks ago and nothing back from them!! No reply on many emails sent. £70 they’ve stolen can’t believe I’ve been had!!! Fuming isn’t the word!! DO NOT ORDER from here. I just wish I looked on this before I brought it.

Wow, this is probably the worst website I've ever had to order from. I waited for my order for about a month, and then I decided to wrote a message about what the problem is and why I didn't get my order. In response, I was ignored. But I wish it was only like that, but my money was never returned and that's the worst!!! I don't know how they can treat their customers like that :(

I ordered a x pro drone, 26th April, still hasn't been delivered yet so it's well over a month now... I see one review saying it comes from china, any news on parcels coming from china to the uk?? If this is a con who can I contact about getting my money back??

This site has taken my money and has not given me a refund or given my watch. This site needs to be put on blast for its fraud and not giving my sons watch. If you can’t give the item give me a refund then. It has been 2 months. This site will be given to the cyber fraud team and I hope you will be charged for your fraudulent ways.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Ordered my product weeks ago and I still haven’t revived it. Took my money and no reply to emails.

10 weeks ago I ordered two telescopes, the money was taken straight away, after sending many emails and messages to which I didn’t receive one reply I decided to contact my bank and let them do a charge back, fingers crossed, yesterday (Tuesday 19th May) I ordered one from currys and it arrived today, Do not use this website they will take your money and you will never hear from them. If there was the option for 0 stars that’s what I would have gone for

ordered x xpro Drone on 17th of April Received it on the 16th of May
The products are shipped from China via CJPACKET, which then gets delivered to the royal mail. I was able to track this from start to finish even though it took 1 month. My advice is be patient.

But now i find out its a e-motion drone. Not as what was advertised.
