Would give no stars if I had the option, ordered a drone for my son for his birthday on the 26th of March, didn’t receive anything, tried to get in contact with no answer, luckily I paid through PayPal so just waiting on them to sort it, this company is an absolute sham

This site is ripping everyone I don't understand why it as 1& half stars you look on here bad reviews it is clear what it is doing look on face book it is doing the same why on earth are these Scum bags allowed to get away with fraudulent using a site to make money I have done my best to report it theres no contact no number so frustrating and annoying why haven't you done anything about this trustpiot you can see what's happening the people that put there reviews on your site are being scammed isn't this going to get involved.
They need to be arrested and sent to prison.

I have bought a drone from this company.
And I haven't received.
I have email them. No response yet.
But I have found the address on the government website.

Do NOT do business with this “company”. They are thieves. They will take your money but will not despatch any goods. They will say they have and even give you a tracking reference number which is fake. Like all criminals they will not respond to eMails, their on-line chat link takes you nowhere and they do not have a telephone number or address (wonder why?). I ordered a drone from them and have lost my money. Wish I had read the reviews first.

If you read this I have just saved you from losing your hard money.i purchased a pair of ear plugs/pods they have broken after one use I have contacted this company with no reply they ste a bunch of crooks.

Warning never use this company. We purchased two gifts for children at a cost of over £100 with this company and they were never delivered. They never respond to emails or attempted contacted on the website links either. Don’t be fooled by the professional looking website, a disgrace that people behave in this way!!!

Ordered an animal groom vac on 16.03.20.
Since paid for it there has been no shipping info from the company and they do not answer mail. The so called ‘order tracker’ looks like a fake. I think this is a scammer site be warned.

Wort bloody website Ive ever came in cross. They take your money and wont even answer your email. No phone number. And funny enough they are on top of the google search? Why??? Something fishy going on here. Weldone google.

Was my daughters 10th birthday and she wanted a drone. We was robbed of it. I'm sure PayPal wasn't an option to pay with which is why I paid with my account. How on earth have I googled drones on Google and this was one of the first selling sites to con me after all of these complaints shows it is not genuine. Don't buy, you won't receive anything. Can't believe I was to look at the reviews 😕

My 8 year old boy saved up for months to buy a drone off your website. You have stolen his money and robbed him !!! No news on delivery date and NO responses to emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE- it’s a scam!!!!!

I ordered a remote controlled car in December. 4 emails later it still hasn’t arrived and they’ve stopped responding to my emails. Now I see why. I’ve opened a paypal dispute but I’m wondering if anyone has seen their money back after using this company?
Please avoid!!!.. I’m guessing however that if you’ve got this far and found this review you’ve probably fallen into the same trap as me! :-(

Absolute robbing Ba####ds, ordered a drone £53, had same response as everyone else. Kept getting same email back, dispatched for delivery, try tracking number low and behold doesn't exist.
DON'T BUY anything from these. Put complaint to Facebook for allowing them to advertise, no response. Facebook should reimburse.

ordered a drone £49 to play with .
site seemed o.k .
they acknowledged the order and said it would be sent next day.
next day came and went , when i followed the tracking number it came as a dead end i.e number incorrect , item not received for delivery.
when asked for the country of delivery they ignored my question twice.
why do these scam sites still stay online????
now i have to fight paypal to get my money back.

Still have not received it or had my emails replied to.. I’ve sent around 5 emails!

This is a scam, DO NOT USE

Same as below review, they email stating your order is placed, when you chase it, you get a false response stating that it has been dispatched and you'll receive tracking info within 48hours.

I ordered 30.11.19 and have had no further response, no tracking, nothing, obviously because its not coming.

These could well be scammers. Ordered on 26 November and chased them for the following 3 weeks. They eventually told me they had dispatched it and I would get tracking details. These never appeared so I started a case in Paypal. This they did reply to. They told me they had had problems but I would get my order. They then said again it had been dispatched, and the day after told me they had received my order and they were processing it. As you can guess I have still not received anything. They even try and sell you more stuff if you try and see where your order is. Very Very bad company. Avoid!!!!
