Despite their being a delivery mistake, customer service specifically Sara was solutions focused and rectified the issue really quickly and was understanding providing a human response with the appropriate care required - which is rare within customer service at times especially with a lot of clothing brands.

Fantastic customer service! Had an issue with an order not being delivered. Contacted customer service and by the next day I had the order resent out to me.

My new go-to brand. Minimalist and versatile clothing with amazing quality. The boxy design of their pieces also looks perfect. If you’re looking for wardrobe staples that will stand out, this is your brand. To top it off, the customer support team are also extremely kind and helpful. Can’t rate them enough!

Best clothing brand going. Also ordered a load of new stuff in the BF sale, forgot to add a free bag on at the end and emailed days later when I realised and Sara sent me one tracked in a different package completely free of charge! Phenomenal customer service.

Ordered from their Black Friday sale. Sadly the Evri delivery driver left the parcel on my doorstep at night and it was stolen. I contacted about blank to tell them what had happened and ask that if i provided the evri complaint info could i reorder at the black Friday price (which has now ended). Sara replied to me really quickly advising they would send a replacement straight away at no extra cost and would raise a complaint with Evri themselves. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you again!!

Amazing quality products excellent customer service

Sara (customer service manager) was truly amazing. An embodiment of what customer service should be like. (take it from someone who runs multiple teams in retail, I rarely write reviews as I feel good customer service is part of the job role, But Sara was exceptional and went above and beyond, therefore she warrants a review)

Sorted out multiple issues with ease and in a timely fashion with no delay, no stress and no questions asked.

Every interaction I’ve ever had with the whole AB team has always been pleasant for me. These guys are what fashion retail is about!
