Evri delivered my order to the incorrect address. I emailed about blank that day, they apologised and advised they would look into it. I emailed the next day as the order was a birthday gift that I needed for the weekend and they resent the order and upgraded the delivery to next day free of charge! Parcel arrived in time for the birthday. Great communication and new parcel was delivered within 48 hours of the first one going missing 5*

I was an idiot and filled out my address wrong for my postage, but these guys were great and got it sorted for me as soon as my package arrived back with them. Sick clothes and v helpful.

Great customer service, prompt response and problem resolved with no issues. I had ordered a t-shirt that unfortunately went out of stock, so Sara contacted me and ensured to replace the t-shirt with a different colour. Really good and efficient service, not to mention how good the quality is.

I would like to share a personal review of customer service. :) Since I had some issues with the orders, Sara got back to me every single time with an amazing attitude, explaining everything and trying her best to solve the problem. We exchanged a lot of e-mails, but there was no sign of flustration. This is who I call a professional. She deserves a raise, really! 🤝

Absolutely incredible service!
Quality of the clothing is always amazing, but Sara in customer support has gone above and beyond to assist me with my return and swap to make sure my item arrived before my holiday next week.

I had an order go missing at the courier depot. The About Blank team responded quickly, and sent a new one via 24hr Royal Mail immediately.
I then had a mix up on the return (due to 2 orders being sent) and again, they sorted the refund error within the hour of me messaging them. Excellent customer service … and excellent hats too!

Order didnt arrive for 2 weeks and when I got in touch with customer service, was told my order was returned due to incorrect address (a complete lie as I checked my order confirmation and their courier tracking both of which had my correct address). Even if the order was returned why not let me know rather than me having to chase up. I was then asked to provide my address again which I did and then got a reply saying my items were out of stock. AB then cancelled my order and refunded minus the delivery charge. I now dont have my order and have been charged a delivery fee! Awful service!

Changed the game! Unbelievable clothes, no brand doing what they are doing at the moment. There new style caps are the best caps I’ve ever worn, ridiculous quality as well.

Always order clothing and it’s of the highest quality. By far my favourite brand! This time I had a little delay on express delivery which was resolved instantly and refunded. Customer service was brilliant and got my order very quickly after that. Great all round
