Good prices, quick delivery

Lot of products for small women too, goof delivery, easy to order.

Ordering was easy to do and the product arrived quickly

i ordered a pair of shoes that arrived with a stain, I contacted support and they said they could only give me a discount on the next order. then, only after wearing the shoes (my bad indeed), I noticed they had also sent a 37 size, when I ordered 39. complete disaster. not ordering again.

Finland: My order was paid and even received a tracking number. Later after one and half weeks, I contacted them regarding the total silence about my item. They said there is order overflow in their warehouse. Again after a couple of days, I received an email that my order has been cancelled for strange reasons stating the stock is finished. I can still place an order on their site though. When I bought the item, it was on 15% off for a small window of time. Perhaps they want me to pay full price as the demand grew. Never know that part of the story. I ordered the item for a special event, the delivery time mentioned between 5-9 days, placed the order well in advance, 16 days ago.

They only send you half of what you ordered to full price. If you want the rest of your order, you have to send back the previous order and place a new order for the same items. Custom service is really bad and insulting. They answer e-mails, but don´t read them properly, because they don´t answer your questions. Never again do I order anything from this shitcompany!

i find it hard to get right size clothes for me in shops and i like buying cotton and other sustainable/environment friendly clothes at afforadable rates, with About You i can look up all the details,for example is the product made in some countries except china..offers help me to shop and return process is also easy..Kiietos

Delivery was slightly delayed but as an apology they sent a discount voucher even though I had not complained. Nice surprise!

I was able to return the products. Two pair of jeans did not fit to me. The first one was: different size type charts between US and European sizes. The jeans were totally small to me. The second one: the size label was just right: 38" 32". The real size of jeans was, however, 42". I tested it with the measuring tape. The jeans were too large to me.

Over all satisfactory level for me was near 100%. Order process was very simple and also arrangements were made very easy in case of need for return of bought items. Only point where I see a bit of need for adjustment is unnecessary email on invoice dependent on chosen way of payment and on a bit misleading text that all items were not delivered due of lacking inventory. In the end all items arrived in time as ordered, even before Christmas holidays.
