i have never had a bad experience the entire time dealing with ABRA. Your customer service should be the model for everyone else!

Don't trust Abra for taking loans on Borrow or anything else! They will not return your collateral after repayment.

My loan is fully paid since june 2025 and hasn't been closed by Abra. It has been more than 2 months with my bitcoin locked, without support, message or email! Support is unresponsive. Ticket 863613.

My abra acc missing fund all sudden zero equity

This is my second Abra review for the same reason. Here's the link to my 1st review: Trustpilot won't let me link it. It is searchable.

I did the first review in April this year. I found out they didn't just close their doors. I've been in communications with them since then to retrieve my digital wallet. Initially (3ish years ago: details in my first review) they claimed my wallet was gone and they couldn't recover it.

Knowing they still have business ties to the U.S., I reached out again, and I got a response. Guess what, they still had my wallet. They told me I could retrieve it with their old app from 2018ish. I was able to get the app working in an old version of android running in a virtual environment. I bought from 2 companies, and never sold anything. I still have my access token and everything, which initially didn't work, but they did something so I could see everything I bought (there were only 2 transactions which were when I bought), but everything was Zero'd out the "Holdings" area, and the companies I invested in are still in operation, but it showed I had 0 shares/coins/etc...

We went through some trouble shooting steps, and it still didn't let me see my shares/coins. Next, on April 14, 2025 they pushed to their tech support. Keep in mind this is an encrypted wallet they claimed could only be accessed by the owner.

The question is, what happened to my money... I can clearly see how much I spent buying it, and the app clearly shows I only initiated 2 transactions, which were to purchase.

I've been sending them emails to let them know I'm waiting. A rep (I've been dealing with Bobby-but Bobby could be 15 different people as they only reply via the Abra support email address. I haven't heard from "Bobby" in over a month.

I think it's time to take legal action.

I have no idea what the hell is going on in abra wallet app and im starting to think this has been a crypto rugpull scam all along , on jun 26 2025 , i submited a request to withdraw my bitcoin from theyre so called "Boost" (or staking feature) and transfer it to the trading . However the had me waited for 3 weeks before doing anything and when they did my bitcoin was mysteriously dissappeared , transaction records on the app says that the "transfer" pushed thru on july 19 2025 ., at 9:19 am , HOWEVER when i check my abra wallet app ALL MY CRYPTO HAVE VANISHED AS IN GONE , INCLUDING MY BITCOIN ,i dont know what the hell abra did to my crypto wallet and im not stupid to think im not robbed or just got a crypto rugpull : ABRA IF YOUR READING THIS - THIS IS MY ABRA WALLET ID : DBWCVSC , i hope you got a good explanation why my crypto dissapeared along with my crypto coins - Either way i dont advise people trading with this app , you WILL BE ROBBED BY THIS APP . Hope the authorities and United States SEC burns your company to the ground, on robbing people

When will Abra boost withdrawal service reactivate?

THIEVES! Don’t invest your money with them. I’ve been trying to transfer from “boost” to the trade account for more than one month now, and nothing. I’ve opened a ticket (863420), and now they don’t even answer. I also tried to contact them via LinkedIn, and the same thing happened: nothing. They are keeping my bitcoin, just like that. THIEVES!

UPDATE: They updated their review saying that they reached out requesting information, this is NOT TRUE. I checked my e-mail and ABRA account and there is NO communication from them. They put my interest rate at 0%, and they haven't transferred the bitcoins to the trade account.

UPDATE 2: Now they have put both the trade and the boost account in ZERO! They took all my bitcoins!

THIEVES AND NOBODY RESPONDS, THEY SAID THEY CONTACTED ME IN MY PREVIOUS REVIEW BUT NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL FROM THEM.

I need your help to log in to my account , because it’s blocked , but nobody is getting back to me over a year

I can't transfer ETH from the interest bearing account into my trading account.

The Abra was not same like before Hard for me to learn where I can withdraw the Money to my bank Bit scared to put More money since I'am lock of knowledge on this.

ITS NOT EASY TO LOOK FOR MONEY YOU KNOW

I was initially excited to start investing, but my experience with this company quickly turned into a nightmare. They deleted my account without warning, claiming it was due to my failure to respond to their email requests for verification. In their rush to demonstrate they weren’t being exploited by criminals, they indiscriminately deleted accounts of customers who didn’t verify by a specific date.

This decision was not only abrupt but also deeply irresponsible. I had already deposited a significant amount of money, yet they showed no regard for their customers’ investments or the challenges faced by those outside the country where they operate. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they stopped replying entirely, leaving me feeling betrayed and bitter for weeks.

Thankfully, I eventually connected with the comp.any in my bio, who helped me recover a large portion of my funds. While this experience has shaken my trust in the financial industry, I hope others affected by such practices can unite and seek justice through a class-action lawsuit.

Stay well away from this company.

Not a big amount, but they zeroed my balances, i.e. stole the balances, stating they had advised clients by email that they needed to keep a minimum, or charge a minimum fee. There is no evidence that these mails ever went out, as the customer service could not provide any evidence to the contrary.

ABRA stole the crypto by closing access to my account. No help when reaching out to them.
SCAM company it seems!

They are basically stealing money by creating some fantasy fee of $5 per month without notifying and asking the user of their exchange for permission.

So if you had some money sitting in their wallets, chances are high they gradually started to claim their fantasy fee shares and you are looking at a zeroed wallet now.

They took all my crypto also what would we do
