ABRA global is trying to steal my funds
I deposited funds on the 12/04/2023.
My funds didn’t come in. I realized later my deposits had been disabled.I contacted ABRA and they said I had to recall the funds from my bank myself. Which I tried but unfortunately the money had already gone out and was deposited in ABRAs third party account, Prime Trust LLC.
I contacted prime trust LLC and they said they had deposited and settled the funds with ABRA.
Today I got an email back from Prime trust saying ABRA declined the recall because the funds had been withdrawn.
I don’t have access to my ABRA app because ABRA temporarily disabled it and stated on the disabled message it was requested by the owner. This is completely a lie.
I want my funds back now!
ABRA has since not responded to my emails anymore!

Now I’m beginning to believe all the negative reviews I’m getting from ABRA on trust pilot.

I am a real person ... I work extremely hard for my money... I have moved large amounts of money all over the world at times in my life... I mean large legal money.
This company is super fu_king bad news .. the reviews i wish i had read before i got involved with them.. I am suing starting tomorrow and thats no joke .. they stole my clients money..... crushed their family and now homeless.. how is that for a review of pure unfiltered truth ... I have the emails all of them ..

I bought 4000 cprx with my own money.today it's worth 60 dollars but abra say I can't sell or transfer or cash out in any way.what? That's my money and I want it

The service offered seems good and is quick...except on client requests... they spend days to understand simple questions ..mainly because differente people treat the same case and you have to explain and re-explain same thing over days.

They also requests you info not warned previously for withdrawals....

By the moment it's not a bad platform but need improve to reach Nexo or Youhodler, but doesn't seem the classical scam.

Totally scam project, most of investors money run away and this platform never proceed any deposits, also they have worst costumer support!!!!

They will change your address using the seed phrase they initially provided. So they can do that anytime . It is 100 percent scam

I have been unable to move/exchange/stake my ETH for almost a year. This was first reported in August 2022, the response is "our engineering team is looking into it and will let you know when we have a response".

Their technical teams are unable to resolve issues, which is why customer service has taken a dive.

The platform is fine when working but dont expect any resolution if you encounter a problem.

Scam. Invested £1000 GBP. I got an email saying they were not supporting the coins I purchased anymore immediately after I bought them. I have two weeks to trade. I have been trying to sell my XMY and Endor for the last 10 months. I have sent multiple support tickets and they have not replied. My coins value dropped now I can’t withdraw or exchange them it’s just says contact support. Disgusting scamming robbing platform. Stay away I’ve lost a thousand pounds with them. The CEO will be sent to prison one day I assure you.

Excessive fees when changing Eth to USDP. Earning interest but decided to sell my USDP and withdraw to my bank account. No customer service availableWas unable to submit my bank details. So ended up buyin BTC and transfer over to another exchange to then withdraw. All costing more transactions fees. I don't think I will be using again.

I am a Texas resident, current customer. I received two weeks notice of closing my loan because Abra will no longer office loan service in the state. I have enough funds in my Abra to close the loan, however on my Abra app there is no PAY button. I've tried multiple phones with the same result. Since I don't have a way to pay though the app, I proceeded to try to reach customer service.
1. First I tried the customer service phone number 1-877-246-2272. For anyone who is thinking about joining Abra, try calling them first. You would not be able to reach anyone at anytime.
2. After failing to reach customer service by phone, I then tried opening a ticket via email. No one responded for over a week. Then, someone responded with one sentence saying there is no problem. And clearly the person didn't even read my entire ticket content and didn't bother to figure out what was wrong. Maybe there was a glitch in the system with my account. The person offered no help. I then replied to the email stating that I was still having the issue and needed a way to pay for my loan with the funds I already have in my account. Now another week has gone by and no one has responded since. If I don't pay the loan in time, Abra stating that my account will be liquidated (even though I have funds sitting in my account and someone at Abra just had to transfer it over). This is very frustrating and costly.

Edit, I just read reviews before me here on Trustpilot and Abra all responded with a copy and paste response so I guess I will get the same ....

Everything went wrong from trading to exchange to withdraw.
I haven't withdraw any amount yet. It's been more than a year since the maintenance took place. SCAM!!!

Scam,definitly scam.I opened an account with them and paid crypto. I made a conversion into their token and put it in the staking program. On the day of my announcement, they did not allow me to make any transaction with it. No one does such things and that's why you don't enter that application. Look at the scam detector and similar sites, so you will see their rating.

I was locked out of my wallet 6 months as I just got automated responses that did not resolve the issue, I think 6 days was excessive. The response from support was we are having difficulties. There was no support.or a suitable response

Customer service! Kind of nice to have a live agent respond immediately. When our chat dropped I received a prompt email summarizing our conversation. The Abra rep was not immediately able to answer my question. He volunteered to contact the other crypto exchange to solve my issue. After a couple email exchanges question answered. Not sure why there’s a 2 star rating for Abra. I seldom give 5 stars but having a knowledgeable support team is huge in an era where it’s easy to be botted to death.
Thought I’d add to this after reading the 1 star reviews. CPRX will be open for trading most likely in the next two weeks. Abra will resume with a crypto banking license. To my knowledge their only 1 of 2 banks in the US. Maturity in this space happens with time for both assets and companies.

They said they discontinued a coin that I had and said they sent email ( never received) and now my money is gone

I truly apologize for the information I sent earlier.

You are correct, that was for EXP being delisted.

XHV was delisted from our platform in April. We sent out email communications regarding the removal date as well as in-app notifications.


Again, I am sorry you are dealing with this situation, but since this asset has been delisted from our platform, these funds are considered lost.

Absolutely no customer service. Stay away. Plenty of better alternatives are available.

Rug pull. I purchased a large ammount of their token and the next week they dissolved the program. I was told to contact legal at abra.com which doesn't exist.

Note: Trustpilot is being paid to remove negative reviews. I've reposted this many times. And they're still a 2 star.

Abra was trying to get people to invest in it's own coin CPRX and then ran into liquidity problems with it. To prevent the coin from being run into the ground Abra stopped people from redeeming the coin. So if you hold the coin, you can't get your money out until late 2022 according to them but probably 2023. This is fraud. That coin should never have been issued. Abra lacked the money to support it. Abra thought it could create something out of nothing and they were wrong. A 10 year old could have told you this but apparently these were in short supply over at Abra.

Abra is a joke, I started using them from it being endorsed at the Tony Robbins wealth mastery. I've been trying to get my money out of their app for the last 90 days. It's been very difficult, their support takes a 2-3 days to respond and are not very helpful.

When I did finally figure out how to withdraw it (I had to use a legacy bitcoin address) their fees where significantly higher than what coinbase charges when withdrawing bitcoin. Abra was around $7 in network fees and coinbase was around $0.50 for the amount I was sending.

And I got some email saying it could take up to 7 days until it was transferred. It did not take 7 days it only took about 15 minutes.

I think this company is in some sort of trouble. I would get your money out as soon as you can. Get a cold wallet. Be safe.
