I have send request for withdrawals since last week everyday they keep.apologising and keep telling me to pay for something that was not picked up from their side even today my account is still sitting on pending after I was told I need to send money for enable tranfer cost when I try to confirm if this is really the last payment and when should I expect my withdrawals I do not get any response.

The company is a scam. They promised $40 for deposit and

referral but only paid me $20 in some insolvent company owned

crypto which they will not cash out for at least the rest of

2022 (most likely ever). There is nothing in the legal terms

and conditions that says the $40 awarded will be in an

insolvent worthless asset that can't be withdrawn. I called

and spoke with 3 agents and they all refused to answer any

other questions as to who is regulating their company and

where my missing $20 is. (Also the $20 was awarded today and

was exactly 2000 CRAPX so it wasn’t some crypto devaluation

that devalued after I received it). 1) The CRAPX were never

pending. They were not pending and not showing until I called

in today and then they were credited to my account today 2)

Pending isn't "awarded". No where in the terms of my signup

date 5/16/22 does it allow for you to arbitrarily set a date

for the valuation and then have them unavailable. 3) If the

CRAPX isn't available then it's not been awarded. It wasn't

available until today 4) Nowhere in the terms does it say

this "reward" will be a worthless piece of garbage that isn't

convertible or withdrawable, which I've just discovered is

the case. Most importantly, if the CRAPX is untradeable and

unwithdrawable, then by definition is it WORTHLESS. The

company is arbitrarily assigning a value to its own insolvent

asset. I hope someone files a class action lawsuit against

this scammy company or a government regulator steps in and

closes the company down for being a fraud.

Scam. Worst experience with a crypto wallet. They promised a reward upon opening account (in CPRX token), but then they freezed the reward so that now no one can either sell it, convert it or withdraw it. They've been telling lies for months, inventing excuses such as liquidity, customer protection, etc. I do suggest NOT to give them any trust and stay away. Many other serious competitors deliver on promises.

Complete scam, how is there not a class action suit filed against them and Bill yet? Only allow you to buy cprx and not sell it. No warnings that you can't sell it, removed all benefits of holding cprx and value consequently plummets. What a rugpull!

I'm going to give this two stars for right now I want to continue to use it and see how it work and how the company actually tries to fix these problems our company does reviews on other companies and we were going to try this me and my partner have tried the app and like most people who have had problems with the lower reviews we are having those problems as well not being able to trade or exchange CPRX. Hopefully Abra actually takes the time to fix these problems and take care of their customers because if they don't this company is going to crash and burn. I want to give them time to actually fix things up. Before We actually do our review on our show. I've had easier and less stress using other applications hopefully this company can get to that point.

Never ever trust abra as your wallet. Its has been almost 3 months since they hold my cprx, until now no respond and can't withdraw..withouth reason...

What's wrong with ABRA today. It is totally a scam. Please to those reading this comment do not try . It will eat your money you have invested. Lucky for me because I only invest 20 bucks

I cant exchange my CPRX while it was on high value, now the dip begins, and i cant even withdraw, this application sucks

There have been promotions for downloading and funding this app for quite some time. Part of the promo is receiving bonus promo tokens native to the Abra app. Additionally, toucan earn more of these tokens by referring others to the app. First off, the reason companies do their promo's is to build business and for this app that has a borrowing portion (not in the USA at this time) you need funds to do so and the rewards tokens are a way to create liquidity. Most ill-informed investors apparently thought they could simply load $20 and make $25 more right off and withdraw.. which would actually only be beneficial for the user and would create liquidity issues with the company. So instead of thinking more long-term like most informed investors do and realizing if this app is successful they could reap future rewards by the increase in price of the rewards tokens..they wanted immediate gratification and when they realized they couldn't immediately siphon their bonus...they have left scathing reviews undermining the company. DYOR research BEFORE investing in anything and I promise you will be less disappointed in the future. It's fine for a startup with a bit of potential and I hope it succeeds so I can make a nice return. End of story. 🤓

It's been more than 2 months since CPRX trading has been disabled, so far there is no certainty. the developer is incompetent, just a collection of thieves who create rugpul tokens and disable trading.

I wish I could give zero stars! Horrible company! The had a promotion going on so I figured I would try them. Luckily I only sent a small amount of crypto to them. I sent a small amount of BTC and Dash. The BTC showed up but the dash went pending in my wallet for over 24 hours then just disappeared. I have been going back and forth with their so called customer service I provided the transaction hash showing the completed transaction and all the other information they requested, It has now been over a week and they just keep saying they escalated the issue, they still have not deposited my dash. They have multiple complaints with the BBB for the same issue as I am having along with a slew of others.

Its good when I use for the first time because its easy when I try to withdraw using Unionbank. But its become bad after when I can't trade my cprx its been a month.

They approved my Abra account, but did not approve some other part of the account, so I could only use certain parts of the app. It's really confusing.

They refuse to tell me why part of the account wasn't approved. I have similar accounts with other companies, and have never been denied for an account like this before, so I don't understand what the problem is.

I proceed to ask them how to close my account, but it takes them almost a month to respond to me. Then they tell me that I have to download their app again in order to delete my account, and of course, I will not be downloading their app for any reason after having such an experience with them. They have no phone support and you can only login through the app. This is ridiculous.

I bought $50 worth of bitcoin through their partner site Simplex, I ended up with $37 worth of bitcoin. Even Coinbase will only charge you $1.99 and a .25 spread but you at least get $47 worth of bitcoin, not $37 l. I’ll be reporting to the FTC this Scam

It is now 5 weeks and over 4000 confirmations since I withdrew my Btc from a UK exchange and thought I was depositing it into my Btc wallet. Within 10 minutes Abra had withdrawn my Btc and have yet to deposit it into my wallet. Everytime I go on live chat I am assured that it has been “escalated to engineering” yet no one has been able to advise as to what has gone wrong. I have held a wallet with Abra for 4 years and up until now have never had an issue. So, kyc is not an issue and I have since filled out a SoF (source of funds/compliance) and still I’m informed it’s been escalated and still no explanation as to what is the problem with simply depositing my Btc into my Abra wallet. Online chat are only doing their jobs insofar as they field enquiries and have limited explanations. This is really not acceptable, and now I’m stuck between a rock and hard place and have no idea when or indeed if I will get my Btc. Not good business Abra!!

Abra! Ticket number you quoted #350206 bears no relation to the above review, or indeed to my query. It is now 7 weeks since Abra withdrew my Btc with over 5000 confirmations and still no explanation as to the whereabouts of my Btc deposit. This simply is not good enough. If anything needs escalating it is the below average service one receives from Abra. Why is my query still in "engineering" why have I not had an adequate explanation??

Liquidity problems with THEIR cprx token, unable to withdraw or swap in any currency for the last 45 days. This isn't exchange to keep your money safe.

Avoid Abra CPRX at all costs. Once purchased, you are stuck, can't trade or exchange it. Contact support and all you get are promises and excuses. I filed a complaint with the SEC. The email support gave me, legal at abra.com, was either no good or blocked. All this bad press for $200.00 in CPRX. I hope it was worth it. And to the dude who wrote a glowing review explaining that Abra's CEO worked for the CIA and NASA, well that explains the c$ookery!!

I traded many times and got rewards. I didn't have any trouble. However, CPRX transactions have been limited for a long time. We cannot withdraw the awards we have received. There is a problem.
