Great service and lovely products

I ordered an outfit and got a WhatsApp message pretty quickly to confirm my size. Responses were very quick and I got my order within a week.

The suit I ordered was a perfect fit and exactly as described on the website. So pleased with it!

I bought 3 dresses from Absolute Desi (buy 2 get 1 free) and was so pleased with my experience with them I felt I had to write a review but I can see everything I was going to say has already been said over and over again, so I will keep it short. 5 star customer service, delivery and products. Sizes can vary from one supplier to another so check carefully, I would size up. Thank you Absolute Desi.

Communication was amazing, they didn't have the top in my size but took the time to search for similar items and sent several emails with suggestions, couldn't have been more helpful.
Top arrived and is stunning. Beautifully made, great quality and well packaged, with little extra gifts included. Honestly delightful! 💯 recommended!

Extremely great customer service. My orders arrived on time, looked exactly as the images on the website, fantastic quality, sizes were perfect and even though different brands had different size guides the company get in touch to confirm and send size charts for each item, also inform you when items have been dispatched. Highly recommend and I will be buying again!

Brilliant products and great customer service! I ordered a kurta for my husband and we had left it too late, I messaged absolutely desi about the delivery and it worked out for me. Once ordered I WhatsApp messaged them to check and they kindly checked my order and chased the supplier to ensure I get it on time!
Kurta arrives yesterday, nicely packaged, and high quality product. So pleased and will order again.

Dresses were beautiful. One of them had a minor default however the customer service was absolutely brilliant in resolving the issues. I didn’t end up returning the dress however overall I would purchase over and over again!

My daughter and I have both brought some lovely pieces. However I did receive on one of my purchases a very faulty trouser piece (stitched), I got in contact with vendor Yogita, who responded immediately and sorted out a replacement. This is what was important for me and the customer service was spot on. Thank you, Yogita I will definitely be buying more lovely suits when the occasion arises!
