In attesa di rimborso da 5 mesi!
Ho acquistato un corso online a Novembre ‘23 con inizio a Marzo ‘24. Il 9 Febbraio veniva comunicato che la modalità di partecipazione online era non più possibile e veniva dunque richiesto il rimborso. Il rimborso ad oggi, dopo 5 mesi, non è stato effettuato. Ai continui solleciti scritti hanno risposto una sola volta il 15 Aprile quando comunicavano che il rimborso sarebbe stato evaso nella stessa giornata. Chiaramente non è stato effettuato. Telefonicamente dicono sempre che a breve sarà effettuato e di pazientare. Credo che 5 mesi siano un tempo più che sufficiente per emettere un rimborso e o ritengo una pratica ILLEGALE!
