Awful company - Marshall is an absolute jobsworth

Awful company. Take £35 a week out your bank. Don't send handset. Don't send you a contract. Don't give you any info as to what you're signing up to. 9 weeks later tell me I'm not getting the handset I requested after paying over £300. Then refuse a refund. Reported as a scam. Will be getting a full refund from bank. Be very careful with this company. Also Marshall, he appears to be the only customer service agent. He needs more training. His attitude is disgusting. He never provides answers. Alot of I don't knows. Vile person. Disgusting company.

Complete Scam

Complete Scam. Sign you up, take £35 a week, they took first payment...after I sent a request twice via online form to cancel.

Ignored. 27th June sent email to cancel and refund. Confirmed cancel would not refund unless sent Sim back I had not received.

Letter arrived dated 26th June (1 day they could of stopped this but didn't) with Sim card.

Contacted again as they persistently tried to take further payments after claiming it was cancelled.

Constantly emailing them with replies "we cant find an account" which was lies... then now saying after they clearly delayed on purpose that they won't refund as past 14 day period... and cancelled.

Absolute scammers and have not refunded and taken monies.

Taking legal action. Scam SCAM SCAM!
