I love History Hit! The hosts really dig into the subject and ask the questions I am curious about. I watch it all the time!

As a History teacher, History Hit is a great resource for brushing up on content knowledge and/or for finding new historical events that would be exciting in the classroom.

They don't give you a heads up before the trial is over. They just charge you. Their customer service is terrible.

Subscription payment taken after cancellation. Now sending the 5th email to them about this with no reply so far. Terrible customer service

History Hit is a fraud.
They are never upfront with customers.
Their payment system is a muddle and not clear and I had £7.99 withdrawn out of my bank account which was news to me and a great surprise as I never renewed my account yet they are refusing to issue a refund.
Avoid at all costs

My go to podcast for all things history.

Super interesting and informative content. I introduced my husband to it, and he directly installed it on AppleTV. I now see him many evenings watching some Roman Emperors on their quests :-D

nothing new that wasn't everywhere else!

The content was very good. Would have loved other areas of history. The most problem I had was with the billing and not being able to get it settled. The bank was not willing to get billed from out of the country even though I said it was ok to pay them.

Super wide range and super interesting..

Impossible to resolve problems. I am unable to access my account, reset password does not result in an email to do so. Nobody responds to my emails requesting help despite being told somebody will be in touch. All I want to do is be able to access my account so I can get the code to add podcasts to my player. Not difficult. They manage to email me all the wonderful things they are doing so it is not that my email isn't known to them.

Well explained and innovative history issues as well as the major events. Excellent!

I can log into access.historyhit.com but not historyhit.com. When trying to cancel my subscription on access.historyhit.com I keep getting an error message saying it cannot cancel my subscription. I have emailed support and they are saying that they cannot see my email registered with an account, but they can quite easily take £7.99 a month out of my account no problem. I have explained my situation again and have had no response.

I have had to result to contacting my bank to put a block on the recurring payment. I would avoid subscribing at all costs. I have never known a subscription service that does not let you cancel.

History Hit is just great. There are so many programmes about all aspects of history. They are entertaining, and very thought provoking. I’ve always been interested in history and this has really made that blossom. I’m now looking for ways to pursue my interests further. I’d thoroughly recommend anyone to try it out and find out more.

I have always loved history and the stories that come from it. This channel gives me all of what I am interested in and so much more.

HH makes learning history fun and entertaining.

Love history hits, taught me and my kids so much. Today gone to watch some of our fave shows and all of a sudden history hits won't work on the Xbox with no explosions given. I don't have a smart TV so I'll now be cancelling my subscription and requesting my money back

HistoryHit is for anyone with even a hint of interest in History would have to find this the best streaming service of fantastic content! I have never been disappointed in any documentary, podcast or preview. My interest has broadened to areas of history that I had previously ignored and I am delighted to have access to such a large quantity and quality of information. Thank you SO much!
