Amazing . . . From quote to finish I was kept informed all the way. Russell carried out the work which included loft being boarded, ladder and light fitted within 2.5 hrs - amazing. Russell explained all the work and demonstrated how to use the ladder. He left the landing so clean that you couldn’t tell any work had been done. Thank you Russell.

Access 4lofts were a pleasure to deal with.Was offered work at a very good price.
One finds it difficult in today’s environment of whom you can trust but I had the feeling that this was a company that was trustworthy.I was not disappointed.
We agreed a price for the work,was given a date for the work to commence and was kept informed via email.
The two fitter’s arrived on time,were very professional and friendly.They carried out the work in good time,encouraged me to view the loft floor to make sure that I was satisfied with their job.Explained how the new loft hatch and ladder operated after they had hoovered and cleaned up.
My wife and I are extremely impressed with both the fitters and the company and would be confident in recommending them to anyone.
Once again thank you to everyone from the Company.Excellent.

It was over 40C and Lee spent the day putting in the ladder and the boarding. He made an excellent job and it is so much easier now to gain access to our loft.

The team that made the installation were not only efficient, they were actually very nice which makes everything better.

Chris (Chelmsford, Essex) boarded our left and installed a new ladder and a breathable membrane. He arrived early, worked all day and ensured I was completely happy with the work before leaving.

Appointment to quote given between 10 and 12. 13.30 still no rep. Rang office who said they'd call him. He rang me back to say he'd been stuck in traffic on the motorway. So why not ring me and tell me so. Asked to rearrange he said he didn't have access to diary so would call me back when off the motorway. 5pm still waiting!

Extended loft hatch and wooden ladder
The team extended our loft hatch and fitted our wooden loft ladder.
It was about 3 weeks from quote to installation.
The workers arrived early and the job was completed in 2hrs. Both workers were respectful of our property. They were clean workers and even vacuumed the landing and stairs when they finished.
The ladders are good quality, the workmanship is to a high standard and their customer service is excellent. I was even given a demonstration of how to open and close the loft before they left.
I would highly recommend Acces4lofts to get the job done.
