Had the fitters in this afternoon. Fitted a new slightly longer loft hatch, ladder & 10sq meters of raised flooring. Very professional and left clean & tidy.

Fast effecient service kept updated at all times, staff knowledgable, polite and respectful. Delivered what they promised. Great customer service

David from the Leeds branch was one of a number of people I contacted about boarding my loft in York and supplying and fitting a hatch and ladder. When he first visited I was reassured by his professional manner and knowledgeable responses to my many questions. I am quite anxious about having people in my home, and rely quite heavily on these impressions. His quote was higher than others who responded, but I feel it's worth paying more for peace of mind, and in any case the price difference was quite negligible.

I was relieved to be proved right to have asked David, as he was so helpful and kind after I had difficulty. After the work was done to the highest standard, I found I could not manage getting up to the loft. In other circumstances I would have made do with the situation, but I felt that I could approach David to ask if he might have any suggestion. He replied to my e-mail suggesting another visit when it was convenient for me so we could discuss thoroughly. When he arrived he talked through a number of further options that I would not have thought of, and gave his experience and advice again in such a professional manner. Before long the workmen were back again to make changes for me. I could not have been made to feel more at ease despite turning out to be a difficult customer. It is unusual now to have such a good experience from start to finish with a true professional who takes utmost pride in his work, and who has gone above and beyond to ensure I am able to make use of it. I cannot thank David enough.

Great service, nice product and Fitter. What a shame he hid the old wood frame with nails sticking out and the old plaster board under the new loft insulation. I was lucky to avoid injury when removing the insulation for a bathroom Fitter. At least if you have a policy to leave your rubbish, please leave it in visible before someone is hurt.

Can highly recommend Craig Clark Bournemouth. He advised regarding fitting a loft ladder. We received a quote very quickly from him. Communication was very good with this Company. Craig was very prompt coming to install the ladder and worked very hard fitting it. We are so pleased with our loft ladder.

I used Access4Lofts to install a loft access door and a couple of battery powered loft lights. Superb service from visit and quote to fitting. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The job was completed on time and with the minimal mess cleaned up by the staff. Exceptional and thoroughly recommended.

We explained to Dan on arrival what we'd like which was a loft ladder however we thought it would be near on impossible to fit.
Dan listened to us and gave us genuine & very helpful advice on how it could be done.
The loft ladder hatch needed to be made larger & we requested a small ladder that could extend on to our landing (not down the stairs)
Dan was brilliant and we felt confident even before he left that he was the man to do the job.
We agreed what we thought was a very reasonable quote for the work involved.
On the day Dan & his work colleague arrived on time & quickly covered all our carpets before starting. They were so efficient and within a couple of hours our latch & ladders were fitted. After fitting Dan went through all aspects on how these ladder should be extended etc including the safety procedures as well.
How different the latch looks, it looks so neat and flush to the ceiling instead of our old wooden one. Its so neat & tidy I couldn't stop looking at it.
In addition to a fab looking hatch I was really impressed how professional they were (even bringing there own hoover) to clean up afterwards which is rare these days.
We would definitely recommend this firm.

I very much appreciated the discussion and advice leading up to the work, to find the best possible option for my loft access. Generally communication was excellent throughout the process. Work was carried out speedily and neatly, and the place was left clean afterwards.

Lee had already fitted raised loft flooring in half of our loft and recently fitted the remaining half, it is so useful! He was amazing, did a fantastic job and is always exceptionally helpful and friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend him!

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Josh and the lads did an excellent job boarding out our loft and relocating and installing a set of loft ladders. They even came back a couple of times to repair and replace the ladders after I disconnected them to make more space to get a table up there. A decent price and all really really friendly, including office staff. Highly recommended

Patrick, from Access4lofts in the Thornton-Cleveleys area, came to adjust the loft hatch opening that another, not so reputable company had installed.
He quickly identified the issue, took pictures to show us the problem, and fixed it in no time.
We were so delighted with their efficiency, communication, and politeness.
We'd highly recommend them, as they had previously boarded out the loft to a very high standard. It's great to know that they pay the same attention to the little jobs as well.

Just had a loft ladder fitted . Great service from the Cheltenham area team from quote to booking and fitting . Fitting team Ilyass and Ben were friendly and professional and completed the job including cleaning up afterwards efficiently. Well done will definitely recommend Access4Lofts .

we had a loft ladder installed. very lovely and quick assessment about what was needed and when they could install it. very helpful with queries and what is in the customers interest.

Terrible customer service. Got a call from them their Crawley office on Wednesday booking me for a loft survey at 1230pm the next day. I was impressed that a survey was scheduled that quickly. Alas, the surveyor was a no show or any calls, whatsapp or text from them. I was already scheduled to work from home so no loss, only irritated that they didn't even bother to inform me. Later in that afternoon I called their main customer service who promised to look into my survey and get back to me. A week later and still not a single call from them.

I was already sceptic reading reviews here in Trustpilot with many people experiencing similar experience of surveyors not showing up. I've probably dodge a bullet here as you can imagine if they are this bad early on, both the surveyor and customer service, then you can only imagine what its like going forward. Take your business elsewhere and don't bother wasting any time with this unprofessional company.

We have recently moved to a house with very high ceilings that already has a fitted heavy wooden loft ladder in 4 sections. I was worried about the safety when releasing it from the loft as it has come down quickly on a couple of occasions. Eifion, the Chester installer came out to look at it next day. He examined the mechanism and took time to offer very good advice on how to release it safely. Eifion was very professional and friendly and there was no hard sell from him. He didn’t charge me for coming out to look at the existing ladder and explaining how to operate the mechanism safely. I would recommend Eifion unreservedly to anyone thinking of having a loft ladder installed or changed.
