The branch was closed

I placed my order and the website gave the opening hours for the branch I ordered from however, when I arrived there it was closed. The saving grace was that the other branch was open but that was 40mins away, luckily they agreed to fulfill my order and were very fast.

I popped in to access bureau in Victoria, I was served by the very nice, polite, lady called thess, great exchange rate given for my pounds to euro, I always use access bureau for my exchange needs.
