Great treatment!!
I called out Access Garage Doors because I couldn't open my door. They couldn't have been kinder, I don't think I've ever had such perfect treatment ever! They send an associate over almost as soon as I had spoken to them, it was wonderful, the only unfortunate thing was that it was a false alarm and the door opened when the engineer tried it. But they were very understanding about that too, what more can one ask?

The Door made entrance slightly smaller. By 3 inches approximately
The door when shut Rattles which was disappointing.
The fitter did an excellent job.
The old door did NOT rub against the the wall and I feel the measurements for the new door were not checked
My overall experience makes me regret having it done

Before installation, we explained that the new door required a steel frame, which meant a slight reduction in width compared to your previous door. The original door, which was over 40 years old, had been scraping against the brickwork, indicating it was not properly sized for the opening. The updated installation ensures a proper fit, improved durability, and a long-term solution in line with the block’s overall upgrades.
Regarding the movement you’ve noticed, this is a normal characteristic of a locked up-and-over canopy door. Unlike your old door, which was tightly wedged into the opening, this slight movement is standard and does not affect security or functionality.
