Rang to enquire first thing on Monday about installing a stairlift, engineer out later Monday morning. Access solutions then said they would be out to fit the stair lift on Wednesday lunchtime, which they did, BRILLIANT!!!
I was on crutches and unable to get upstairs to bed, now I can thanks to Access Solutions. I couldn't have asked for better service. - BRILLIANT 5 STAR SERVICE !!!

I found that we had excellent service from the initial phone call regarding inquiry about a stair lift. Everything was explained in full in a way we could understand. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. On the whole an excellent job. I would have no doubts about recommending Access Solutions to anyone.

Very efficient from asking for a quote/ assessment to having the stair lift installed. Given good advice.

Excellent from enquiry to fitting and all completed in 24 hours. I can't praise them enough for their services. And even polite with a sense of humour but that's what you get from living up North, people who care and try their best to do their best job (in this instance anyway).
Would highly recommend the company and thanks to Stephen and Graham who fitted it, they were even house trained 🤣, covered there shoes & put carpet covering down.

Very friendly and professional service

I phoned Access Solutions on Tuesday stating I would like to go ahead with having a stairlift fitted and by Wednesday lunchtime it had been installed by Graham. Everything was explained to me on its use. It was an excellent experience from initial phone call to installation.

Installation of new stairlift completed within 1-2days👍.had a severe fall which left me with broken bones+ badly bruised ribs etc, Rang the company and within 1-2 days they removed the old stairlift and fitted a new stairlift which is excellent!! Good safety built into the stairlift +it has a remote control function. Installed quickly and without any hassle/mess.Would recommend this company %100

First class. Steve was able to fit us in short notice and fitted the stairlift in super quick time. All done without mess. Enabled my husband to be discharged from hospital on the same day.

Couldn’t have asked for a better couple of lads to put in my uncles stairlift really excellent service explained everthing that they were going to do and worked really well hardly any mess and what mess they did make was cleared up as soon as they had installed the stairlift .Then they gave you a demonstration of how to use the stairlift before getting me to try it out Also all the forms were explained in detail

From first contact to installation, which only took 2 days, everyone at the company treated me with respect. Te cost was very reasonable and they explained everything clearly so it was easy to understand. The installatiom was really good, professionally done, no mess left, and i was given a demonstration on how to use the stairlift. Overall my experience with this company was excellent. I would strongly recommend this company.

Fantastic professional service from the engineer prior to installation. Received the custom built stairlift quicker than expected and it was installed within 5 hours. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend this company.

We got a stairlift fitted for my Mum, thinking she had at least 12 months to live, however sadly she only lived 5 weeks. We paid in full for a 12 month contract. We asked if they would mind sacrificing a small amount to her favourite charity, Cancer Research, unfortunately we received no reply, shame as the company could of offset this on their accounts to charity and still be none worse off.

Hence, think do you really need to take a long contract at the prices as you will lose money and they will gain as they will get their stairlift back quicker.

Access Solutions were easy to deal with and had great communication. The fitter arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job. The whole process was seamless from my initial enquiry to fitting and I highly recommend them.
