Very courteous and knowledgable staff when I made my initial enquiries about renting a stairlift and from placing the order to fitting it was an extremely timely response. 3 working days from ordering to fitting.
The fitters were also really efficient and very caring and compassionate to my Mother - in - Law. She is absolutely delighted with the final job.
Would definitely recommend.

Stephen your engineer called first to do a repair on my old stairlift after a few repairs carried out by other companies.After discussing a few options which were available to myself I decided to replace my stairlift with a rental model the service provided by your company was exceptional from start to finish. The stairlift was fitted on the day requested, very straightforward, engineers were very polite explained everything well cleaned up after fitting. I would recommend your company to anyone needing a stairlift thanks once again for a great job

Excellent service from Access Solutions for my Mums stairlift. The engineer Steve was so helpful discussing different options. We went with Steve’s recommendation of renting a straight stairlift which is perfect for Mums needs.

Great service from the engineer Steve who fitted my father's stairlift. Good, honest advice and a thoroughly professional job without any hard sell. Steve explained everything in clear terms and his workmanship was neat, tidy and without mess.
Cost was half the price of another competitor ( who were very much *hard sell' ).

Such wonderful service from Access Solutions. The installation engineer was efficient, courteous and knowledgable. He put himself out to get our stairlift installed quickly, which enabled us to get Dad home from rehab care. Dad is loving the stairlift, it has honestly changed his life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

Made enquiry one day and stairlift was fitted the next. Pleased with engineer Steve, he was polite, helpful and explained how to use the lift, and only took a couple of hours to install. Would recommend this company.

Excellent service. Contacted Access Solutions to arrange for a lift to be fitted in my mother's house. Discussed the requirements one day and the lift was fitted the next!
The fitting team were friendly and efficient, cleaning everything down before leaving.
Had the option of buying the lift or renting on a yearly basis. Opted for the latter which also included servicing and maintenance.
Very pleased with the whole experience.

My father needed a stairlift due to mobility issues following a stroke and we really thought we were asking the impossible as the staircase has two 90 degree bends. Both the engineer and the designer came out same day and came up with drawings and a solution!
The stairlift was specially made for the house in one piece within two weeks, and fitted in a day and a half.
This is life changing.
Everyone we had contact with could not be more helpful, and the workmanship is fantastic. What an amazing team.
I would recommend the company to anyone, if you need a stairlift look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

From contacting to having the stairlift installed and working by noon the next day, this has been a lifesaving experience for me. The engineer was pleasant, efficient and this company deserves 5 stars for excellence.
A knee injury meant I could only go up and down the stairs in my house on my backside. Every time I was struck by the thought that in a minute from now I could have a fatal fall. With the stairlift, this does not occur and is truly my lifesaver.

First contact on the phone was friendly and helpful. Fitters went out of their way to make sure the stairlift was fitted as soon as they could as my wife was very anxious about waiting. Fully recommend this company to anyone.

engineer [Steven] was covid 19 aware, clean & tidy in his work and appearance. He was also very informative & knowledgeable about the product.

It was unbelievable how fast and efficient the response and installation of my mother's stairlift was. Within 6hrs from my initial phone call enquiry the stairlift had been installed. Steven who fitted the stairlift explained everything fully, the chair was sanitized and the house left clean and tidy. All staff were very polite and very professional and answered all my questions and are an asset to the company.

Excellent service from start to finish. From phoning to getting stairlift fitted all within 4 hours. Was very impressed with their service and all the staff I dealt with, they were all very helpful and answered all questions needed. Thank you could not have asked for more help after my mam had broken her ankle and needed stairlift to get up and downstairs. Thought she was going to have to struggle over the weekend but was fitted no problem late on a Friday afternoon.
