Avoid this company like the plague. We spoke to them several times in July 2025 to arrange our wills,as of February 2026 we have received NOTHING. All we have received is many broken promises by Louise Noble.
AVOID !!!

After a long and difficult process, we ended up with some Wills but had no confidence that they were in fact legally binding.

Several clauses that we insisted on were omitted because they were not covered by the Accord insurance which seemed extremely odd.

We have since paid for new wills with a local solicitor- what a waste of time and money.

I believe this to be a sham company.

From the moment Julie walked into my home to do my will, I felt very comfortable and at ease. She is such a calm and professional lady! Doing a will is quite an emotional and in depth meeting - but I would 100% recommend Julie to do this. The questions she had to ask are quite in depth but I wasn’t phased by them as she presented and explained them to me in a way that I felt like I was completing a task I needed to do in life.
