Falende communicatie die niet stopt!Deze keer mis

Deze keer mis? Constant gaat álles mis. Eerst duurt t 29 dagen voordat je geld ( zeer groot bedrag)terug krijgt dat niet in hun systemen past! Werkelijk 25 mails verder met constant wisselende personen van de zgn compliance afdeling. Die er als de kippen bij zijn om te erkennen hoe vervelend hetallemaal is! Geen enkele !!!! afspraak werd op afgesproken data nagekomen!
Nu een coin TRAC proberen over te zetten naar een andere Wallet! Vragenvuren en onbegrijpelijke acties verder werd m’n account uiteindelijk niet meer geblokkeerd! Ook hier telkens een ander in de mail met sommigen erbij die niet eens begrijpen waar t over gaat.
Ipv de transactie door te zetten hebben ze hem geannuleerd maar wederom níet teruggestort !!!!Kan ik weer van voren af aan beginnen! Wedden dat ze m weer blokkeren en om n vermogenspositie verklaring gaan vragen?!! Die ze al lang en breed hebben….
Ik word ik stapelgek van! En zoooo moe!
