I love the app, great UX!

It's just a very intuitive app, I like the support, the webinars. Great work on that side ;)

Excellent service, AI bot is good to answer first questions, then there's also the Tax consultants that follow up on other issues. Brilliant for having a much clearer idea of numbers.

The app experience makes me feel safe and informed. I have never felt so relaxed doing something that I always found so stressful before.

I’ve been using Accountable since 2023 and the Pro version since early 2023.
Creating invoices? Easy.
Depreciation? Done.
Tax deadlines? Never missed!

And now they even have an account with even more automation.

It's my first year as a freelancer and accountable makes invoicing and accounting some kind of fun to be honest...

Exactly the right tool if you want to focus on business and not on accounting.

Excellent tool for keeping the finances and taxes on track as a freelancer in Germany.

I like everything about it, the features work flawlessly and its a great app. The only problem IMHO are the 90s pale colors, most of the time its even difficult to read the text and numbers. Even the invoices themselves follow this pale, small text. In the context of accounting, I would prefer an easy to read interface with a good overview. At the very least, a black font.

This is the app that every foreigner needs in germany!! taxes are already a headache for locals but this tool makes all the proxes with taxes so easy, also because you feel supported by the amazing team behind in every step you might need help! Forever grateful

Importing my expenses/revenue receipts. The automatic creation of my balance sheet. Most expecially the tips and hints I get automatically just makes my life easier. I have learned a lot about taxes as a self employed.

I have to say Accountable’s customer success team is what has made me (and probably many others) stay and feel in great hands.

Especially, I want to mention Luca who has been a fountain of patience with all of the (way too many) questions I have asked him. He has been very knowledgeable, patient and, above everything, very trustworthy which, at times of stress, is the best quality to feel at ease

Additionally, Hanna and Anne have been extremely helpful to me as well, countless times in the past. I really appreciate their help and their steady mind when dealing with so many people and questions

To summarise , please give them all a nice raise and a nice paid vacation (to recover from dealing with my infinite questions) :)

Very simple and easy to use. Tax Coaches are always very fast responded and informative.
