NO Support for Technical issues when lessons won't load.
I am having issues getting some lessons to download to my computer with error messages. I have tried to get help they send me to Zoom not a real email address to get technical help. There are no phone numbers or customer support numbers anywhere on the site. I have sent a message through chat that is ignored - maybe if I signed up for a coach at more $ I would receive real help, but I do well on self-study. They need to be attentive to this kind of student as well.
