Good information, not good registration for the course
The sample course I signed up for was informative and presented the material in a logical, learnable format. However, when I was 5/7 of the way through the course, I was not able to continue to the end of the module.
The real problem was my attempt to sign up for the whole course. The registrar's office was not staffed by any real person, and the AI could not answer anything beyond the simplest questions. It also became stuck in inescapable loops that it repeated as nauseam.
After more than 15 calls over the course of two days, I finally reached the part where I was going to pay; however, I never received the payment link, and I was quoted two different fees. When I opted for the lower fee, the AI simply disconnected the call. I still have not enrolled and wonder what I would have received had I signed up for the whole course.
