I had a very good experience with Accupart. I ordered a replacement screen for my ThinkPad X390 and the price was genuinely the best I could find for an exact match. The part that arrived was high quality and worked perfectly. Shipping was fast, with the screen arriving within 48 hours and free delivery included. Their communication throughout was clear, quick, and reassuring.
Really impressed overall. I would happily use them again.
2.5 weeks shippig to EU + high customs fees for small items

- Accupart shipped the screen quickly (I think within 1 working day of ordering) but it took 2.5 weeks to arrive in Italy
- does not seem to be Accupart's fault, but rather an effect of Brexit. I can't believe that after 5 years, there is still no modern solution for shipping things from the UK to the EU. Sorry to everyone who voted against Brexit, but I will not order anything from the UK anymore within the next 10 years. Let's see again after that. It's a shame.
- On arrival, I had to pay 19.50€ customs fee for a screen that costs 41,36€, so 47% fee.
Beware that the VAT is calculated not only on the price of the screen but also on the shipping, and the postal service takes an egregious fee of 7€ just to process the payment. I would expect that such a big shop would use the same tactics as the Chinese sellers to avoid those fees. Never had to pay any additional charges on Aliexpress.

The worst thing is when you use a company for a while, spend a lot of money, and then when an issue arises they deal with it as if they don't care about losing your business.
A particular issue has made me close my acocunt and feel the need to warn others.
Ordered a screen for a macbook air, and admitedly the customer I repaired the device for took a wile to come back to me, but the screen had a brightness issue that on diagnostic tests and research turned out to be the fault of the firmware chip in the screen. This is clearly a fault from the point of sale, but when I contacted the company I was met with a brash dismissal due to their 90 day warranty policy. The customer service of this company when issues arise is shocking! Any part that is faulty from sale should be dealt with differently to a standard warranty, and the way I was dismissed and met with a "no problem" when I informed I would close my account really nailed it home for me to just stay away from companies like this.
Disgraceful lying unprofessional ‘company’
I ordered a screen and fit it. It worked perfectly for just a couple hours when dead pixels started to appear and eventually the screen went completely black. I sent pictures to Accupart, WHO PROVIDE A 90 DAY WARRANTY, requesting a refund. They simply sent me one email back, telling me they could see a crack and therefore was not refunding. There was absolutely no crack anywhere on the screen. The pictures do not show this. They pulled this out of complete thin air. I thought it might be a mistake so sent another email and got the same, lazy, misspelt response. The warranty means NOTHING. The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The best thing about this experience ? - My family has used this company countless times, thousands of pounds worth of business… which they have now lost. No problem at all.

Screen broke twice
I had the same experience as some of the other reviews... Bought a screen for a client twice and both times it broke under a year... Reply from Accupart was we cant be resposible what you do with the screen and thats was that as far as they were concerned very poor customer service and borderline rude. Woint be using them again
Fast, Reliable and knowledgeable.
I've now ordered a number of screens from Accupart and found them to be fast and efficient. All the screens have arrived next day, well packaged and exactly as described. On one occasion their website listed a screen for a laptop however it transpired that this model of laptop had two different screen resolutions. They asked me to take pictures of the broken screen and in less than 24 hour had a replacement sent to match the laptop and sent me a postage label to return the original. No fuss, no hassle.

Reading some of the other reviews, I am quite surprised. I had no issues, ordered wrong screen, returned, refund, with no fight or problems. then got the right screen, but had got damaged in transport, exchanged, no questions asked. So in my experience, I cant fault them. Very helpful and did exactly as I needed.

Please look elsewhere this company has gone down hill rapidly. Not worth the stress.

I had a screen replaced that was faulty. They did provide a replacement for it, but the second screen broke after 1st use which they have refused to replaced claiming their terms and conditions are 90 day warranty. £250 wasted to pay a similar amount to have another screen replaced.
Replaced screen with dead pixels immediately
A short time after receiving a replacement screen an area of black (dead) pixels appeared and began growing. I sent in a picture and Accupart replaced the screen immediately. Great service!

Sent wrong model, not the one that I ordered or was specified in the invoice, it works and panel has no scratches but the socket is offset to the side and i cannot lock the cable latch

Here's the translation:
On the morning of October 10th, a previously paid-for 14" laptop screen, ordered on October 3rd, was delivered to my address in Switzerland. The packaging was intact and marked "Fragile." About an hour after the delivery, I carefully installed the screen into the laptop and turned it on. It turned out that the screen was damaged, although this is not visible until it's connected, and here I attach photos as proof. I immediately filed a complaint through the company's website form and sent an email. I also called the number listed on the website, where an automated message instructed me to write an email. So, two days have passed and there has been no response from the company that delivered me a defective and unusable screen after I paid for it. Will I order from them again or recommend them to friends? I think you can guess the answer. Photos are attached. Additionally, I see in the reviews that other customers have faced the same problem more than once!
Pathetic business
Pathetic business. How they can operate long term is beyond me; completely wrong item sent to me, and the condition was NOT new, as advertised. Clearly a salvaged screen, covered in scratches. Buy elsewhere.
Zero communication after faulty part
- Ordered a Lenovo screen
- Took 2ish weeks to arrive, had tracking, all was well
- The part was faulty (damaged en route, happens, no big deal), I emailed them about it, got a response quickly about a replacement being sent that same evening
- Complete and utter radio silence for over a month, even after repeat emails
- August 28th (1.5 months after receiving the faulty part) I got a refund with no other notification
- No response after that either
I'm sure there are people that have had positive experiences, and that is what I had right up until that last email I ever received mid-July. But desite getting a refund, the total lack of communication afterwards is not something I would recommend. This is on top of the fact that the refund did not include the customs costs I incurred either, although whether that should be included or not is probably debatable.
Anyways, stay away. If you are in Europe, find a vendor within the EU at least, because thanks to Brexit, the customs costs are not worth it.
