Eye test with Kristy
I had a great experience at Ace & Tate in Bristol. The eye test was thorough and unhurried, and the optician explained everything clearly. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from start to finish - really patient while I tried on different styles and offered honest, thoughtful advice without any pressure. The whole process felt relaxed and well organised, and the store has a really welcoming vibe. My new glasses fit perfectly and the quality’s excellent. Would definitely recommend

Brill experience
I had a fantastic experience at the Bristol store. Kristy really took the time to explain my previous and new prescription for me. Then I was given some really amazing help to find some new glasses frames, which I love. They were even ready the same day, which I wasn't expecting.

Great service in Leeds
Had a great experience at Ace & Tate in Leeds about a year ago. Got a free eye test, all very professional and reassuring. And a lot less chaotic than the ones I'm used to at Specsavers, which seems to be eternally busy! The staff were very friendly and great in helping me select new glasses and explaining the different options. Special shout out to Rochelle for helping me figure out what style best fit my face - I was thrilled with what she picked out for me.
Recently my frames snapped whilst cleaning them (apparently too vigorously!) - I took them in without an appointment, and Maryam and Yash were great in replacing the frames, no questions asked, in under 10 minutes. Really impressed with the level of service and after care.

Exceptional service especially in Den Bosch store
Exceptional service especially in the store in aden Bosch. Bought two multifocal glasses and vision was up to two times not good. Without issues Ace & Tate measured and delivered new glass.

Perfect service, workers very helpful
Went in to get my glasses adjusted and the staff there (Rochelle, Maryam and Alina) were super nice and helpful. Rochelle gave me some great tips about my current frame and how different styles of frames would better match my face composition, as my current frames hide part of my brows and didn’t even know this was a thing. Will definitely recommend this branch to anyone who needs a good pair of glasses!
