Paid in full, no shipping, and poor customer support
I placed an order with ACEMAGIC on November 28 (Order ACEEU11192) and paid in full (€562.60). Since then, my order has remained in “Confirmed” status with no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no estimated delivery date.
What makes this experience particularly bad is the poor customer support. ACEMAGIC does not provide proactive updates, and customers are forced to chase basic information after payment has already been taken. Even after contacting support, the response was slow and unhelpful, offering no clear answers about shipping or timelines.
For a company selling high-end tech products, this level of customer service is unacceptable. A complete lack of transparency and communication creates unnecessary frustration and destroys customer confidence.
Based on my experience with both order handling and customer support, I do not recommend ACEMAGIC. Buyers should be extremely cautious before ordering.

What a nightmare company to deal with
What a nightmare company to deal with. Even after them agreeing for me to return the broken laptop, the nightmare continued.
The first return label I received didn't work. Second return label sent, also didn't work.
The third time, they said I had to post it to them at the address they provided. When going to the post office, the supplied address isn't valid because the postcode doesn't match the address. Total waste of my time and money. I bought this rubbish laptop in November, and until now, I still have it. My credit card has advised me to send them a final email asking them to come and collect the item from my house. Please avoid this company.

What an amazing little Mini the F5A…
What an amazing little Mini the F5A is!!! Well, at least when it isn't crashing! Honestly, I wouldn't mind but the near complete lack of support is beyond frustrating. If you need you PC for anything other than a boat anchor, stay away from AceMagic....
They want to play with the big boys and have great specs but when your PC won't boot that doesn't matter at all ... the only thing that does is a reputable company with strong technical support.

Never delivered the order. Has to write support and they admitted they didn't have it in stock.
They had already charged my account which is not legal before sending the product.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE... REPORTING TO AUTHORITES
Ordered direct on website as id read that support is non existant if you order through 3rd party. Received faulty pc no display no fan noise... they ask for video they asked me to reset bios pin remove ram and replace etc... machine still dead.... replied each day to me until it got to point of me saying I want to return for refund.... then it was confirm your address... we are awaiting a shipping label... then back to scratch send us a video... today again confirm your address... every single thing to avoid actually letting me send this piece of crap back and get my money... I do believe they are purposely going in circles so I eventually give up... initiating chargeable, reporting to teading standards and to police incase anyone else thinks their operation is sketchy as hell!!!.... IGNORE THE CHEAP PRICES AND DEALS DOJT FALL FOR IT... ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH AND GOOD LUCK TO ANY OTHERS IN SAME POSITION!!!

Terrible customer service and PC stopped working in 5 months.
Failed Product, Evasive Support—Avoid This Brand
I purchased an AMR5 mini PC from Ace Magic/Ace Magician, attracted by its strong specs and premium positioning.
The unit failed just a month or so after the warranty expired. What followed was one of the most frustrating support experiences I’ve encountered.
Despite providing a detailed history of my purchases—including multiple units deployed professionally across the UK, Ireland, France, and the US—I received nothing but vague, repetitive responses.
Support repeatedly offered “a discount on the new one” without ever specifying which model, what the specs were, or what the final cost would be. I asked multiple times for a list of options with full specifications and final pricing. They never engaged meaningfully.
The circular nature of their replies appears designed to wear down customers until they give up. It’s evasive, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing—especially for a brand that positions itself as reliable and performance-focused.
If you’re considering Ace Magician products, be aware: the hardware may look good on paper, but if anything goes wrong, you may find yourself completely unsupported.
I’ve since moved to alternative suppliers and will not be purchasing from this brand again.
Horrible
Horrible, they are using other people’s emails to write them positive reviews, just got a notice email when I never even heard of this company. What a joke
T8 ace magician fan problem
I was impressed with the t8 model which was much faster than my old scan tower computer. I have had no trouble for 18 months however the fan is now noisy and I'm out of the one year warranty. The support website offered me to buy a new one at a discount or contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they said the vendor was no longer selling through Amazon so they could not pass on my message. Although my ace magician t8 model is still in use it is worryingly noisy. One must decide if 18 months is a fair time for use of a cheap computer which I was I admit impressed me with it's tiny size and performance .I don't think it is as it was hardly used or overworked . I have since purchased another computer from scan computers a previous company I've used and disconnected my ace magician t8 for safety reasons.
goooood
This mini PC is solid. Small but fast—Ryzen 7 handles work and gaming no problem. Multi-mode is handy, fan stays quiet, and WiFi 6 is strong. 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD keep everything smooth. Really happy with it.
AX16pro
Absolutely loving the ACEMAGIC AX16Pro! The screen is sharp and bright, the Ryzen 7 chip is super quick, and multitasking is effortless. Surprisingly good graphics for casual gaming, too. Lightweight, solid, and Wi-Fi 6 keeps everything speedy. Great value for the price—highly recommend!
AceMagic AX160 Pro replaced with a new one after 9 months!
Last November, my now 17yr old daughter asked me to buy her an AceMagic AX160Pro laptop, to use for both school and gaming. After reading a few reviews & watching a couple positive Youtube reviews, I made the purchase, deciding it was a lot of power for the price ($439 Black Friday sale price). The speed and array of features is impressive, and she used it every day since Thanksgiving.
Now for the problem, and how it was resolved. One day she heard a loud popping sound, and the AX16Pro went dead. A quick test of the power adapter showed normal voltage, so most likely a power supply component had failed. I had purchased it via Newegg.com, where AceMagic maintains a store site. I first used Newegg agent chat, who were helpful and contacted AceMagic on my behalf. I did not hear back initially, but after about a week received an email from them asking for more details and a short video of the problem. I sent it to them, showing the laptop was now dead, and asked for a replacement (9 months into the warranty). The next day I received a personal email back from a customer service tech, providing me with an address to ship the failed unit, which I did. The same day they received it, they shipped a replacement brand new unit from Newegg in CA, shipping at their expense. I received it today, and my daughter is delighted to have a brand new replacement! No arguments or challenges on the failure, and once they received my broken unit, the new one shipped. Can't argue with that.
I bought a 2nd one for myself at Christmas, and that is working fine. I upgraded the standard 512GB SSD to a WD 2TB drive, and upgraded the 16GB RAM to 32GB. It was very easy to access and a 5 minute project (both the ram and SSD are directly beneath the cover). It takes longer to remove and replace the cover than to make the upgrades!
Surprisingly Powerful Mini PC for Everyday Use
I recently purchased the ACEMAGIC N150 Vista Mini PC V1 and have been very impressed. This tiny desktop handles dual‑4K monitors with ease thanks to HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 support, and the built‑in gigabit Ethernet connection is rock solid for remote work. It boots fast, stays cool, and the internal power supply keeps things tidy—no external adapter clutter. Ideal for light office, streaming, or school work.
Nice dual-screen concept but a few trade-offs
The dual-screen design of the ACEMAGIC X1 is definitely eye-catching and useful for multitasking. I love using one screen for work and the other for video or reference material.
However, the hinge feels a little delicate, so I’m extra careful when adjusting the screen. Also, the speakers are okay but not super loud.
Not bad!
I bought the ACEMAGIC LX15 mainly for remote work and occasional trips. I was a bit skeptical at first because I hadn't heard much about the brand, but wow—it turned out to be a great find!
The build feels premium, the keyboard is really comfortable to type on, and the performance is snappy enough for my daily tasks (email, spreadsheets). Battery life is decent too.
Also, the laptop is surprisingly lightweight, which is perfect for tossing in my backpack.
Highly recommend if you're looking for value without breaking the bank.
Quiet and Compact Mini PC That Delivers Great Performance
I recently upgraded from an old tower to the V1, and it’s been a great move. The system runs quietly and fits perfectly on my desk without taking up much room. I’ve hooked up an external hard drive and a DVD writer, so it handles all my storage needs seamlessly. Setup was straightforward, and Windows updates installed smoothly without any hiccups.
The build feels solid and looks clean next to my large monitor. I’ve already recommended this mini PC to a few friends because of its strong performance and great value. Overall, it’s a compact, powerful machine that’s well worth the price.
Ran for two years and died, and customer support won't help
PC (AMR5) worked great but only for two years, and stopped working. Customer support was useless as they promised to send an email within five minutes to help troubleshoot and the email was never sent. Called support today, 8/7, my PC stopped working a couple of months ago, somewhere in June.
