Acen Properties Estate Agents did a great job selling my property in the centre of Bristol. Every stage of the process was excellent; from the valuation, photographing the property and showing potential buyers around, through to the completion day. Will Martin was available at the end of a WhatsApp message or phone call every step of the way. He really was outstanding- I felt like I received a very personal and friendly service . Most importantly, I got a price I was very happy with and completed the sale well within the time frame I was expecting , thanks to Will and his team.

These guys have been absolutely phenomenal. I have bought and sold a few houses in my time, and usually I’ve been left disappointed. There were many occasions when it looked like this house sale could fall through yet Will was absolutely on top of everything all the time. He was regularly chasing way up and down the chain, bringing different parties together to get to resolution and putting himself out there way more than I would’ve expected. The price was competitive and the service was outstanding. I truly believe our house sale would have fallen through without Will there to keep everybody on track. This was definitely a service worth painful. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else if you want to sell your house.

I engaged with Acen Properties early in 2025 while looking for an agent to assist with the sale of my property in the centre of Bristol.
Initially I chose an alternate agent, in short the other agent let me down and were less than professional.
I went back to Acen, following a conversation with Will I contracted with Acen to take over the sale.
In a very short timeframe they found me several interested parties leading to the right buyer for my property. The communication was clear, timely and accurate at every step. I achieved very close to my desired sale price, and the conveyance and final handover was very well managed. Recommend !

We initially went to Acen with a view to selling our property. Will responded to our online request for a valuation immediately and was round the following day to view, photograph and value the property. After knowledgeable local advise from Acen, we decided to rent instead and Will continued to be our representative.
The property was viewed, listed and rented within a few days.
The property also required some minor repairs works, which with us having limited time to complete (being overseas owners), Will and his team sorted and managed for us. Will kept us informed at all times and he continues to manage the property on our behalf.
