I never received the item I ordered on December 3, 2025. I sent email after email with no response. I received an email that it was shipped. THIS IS A SCAM. I just wasted $37.00!!! Do not order from this place.

Ordered items from Mary Ackerman on 11/22/25 (took payment right away, of course), received an email saying my order shipped on 12/3/25. Today is 12/29/25 and I still haven’t received my items. When I previously clicked on the tracking link, my order looked to be in transit from China and did arrive in the US, awaiting shipping partner pickup. When I click on the link now, it says no such address exists. Total scam!

EDIT: The products arrived the first week of January as ordered, all items arrived. I am quite pleased with the Shaking Wooden Feet Dolls and the Bendable Nightlights. It would have been nice to receive a reply to my emails.

Damn! Why didn't I check here first?! Order was placed on December 10 for over $100! The shipment order wasn't "received" until December 19 and got to the "transit point" in CHINA on the 25th! It hasn't moved since! Guess I'll be contacting PayPal for a refund. I'm VERY disappointed!

I ordered these as Christmas gifts because I was assured they would arrive in time for the holidays. These have still not arrived and I have sent two emails asking for updates. There has been no reply to my emails. The tracking info has not changed in two days. Because I paid using PayPal, I issued a complaint and requested a refund. Paypal has issued me a provisional refund while they look into it.

Scammers! Avoid!

I ordered the item on December 10th and the website indicated it would be received by Christmas. I sent four emails up until December 22 requesting status and they were never answered by the company. On December 22nd I also requested in an email that the company cancel my order because it clearly would not be received on time. I never received a response. On December 27th I was notified that the item was shipped from China. It is obvious that this Mary Ackerman is a pass through company who orders directly through Temu in China. Whatever it is you're looking for on the Mary Ackerman site I recommend that you just do a search in Google and order it directly from Amazon to receive it in days, or order directly from Temu to receive it in weeks.

I ordered and my account was charged. when i got an email aaying items were shipped i was encouraged but tracking did not work and after another 3 weeks I emailed and no response after waiting a week. This is obviously a scan--advertized as early christmas sale.

Took the money as soon as I placed the order. That was in mid November and still no product. No responses to any of my many emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scam. Need to report this

Placed an order on November 18, 2025 and today is December 23, 2025 and I still have not received my item, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Their customer service is just lip service. They do nothing to help solve the issue.

I'm not sure why so many people have had a negative experience. My order came fairly quickly, and it was absolutely adorable!

Paid for express postage, it took over a week to package and send, tracking not updated, nearly 4 weeks later they're god knows where, if I'm going to get them at all. No communication and no response to queries. I do not recommend. As of January 15 2026 it still has not arrived. So 8 weeks with express postage. Lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS. Zero stars.

Ordered items on Dec 11th expecting them for Christmas gifts as they were to ship in 1-2 days. I attempted to email the seller on Dec 17th and 18th. Seller has still not responded. My order still says awaiting shipment. Filed a dispute thru PayPal

A Christmas present for a child never arrived.

Extremely poor customer service. My order took six weeks to arrive, and communication was woeful. Multiple emails requesting an update were ignored, and even the initial order confirmation email took an unreasonably long time to arrive after my payment was taken.

Money was taken out of my account immediately but has never shipped. I reached out multiple times with no response. This company is definitely a scam.
UPDATE: The day after I posted this, a notification was sent saying my order had shipped. I've yet to receive the order or a reply to my emails and there are no details as to where the package is. Bunch of scammers.

I ordered something on the 5th of December and it did not ship until the 17th of December. The only way to contact them is via email and they have not ever responded to my emails. I will stop payment to them if the package comes after Christmas.

If zero stars were an option that would be this review. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received my item. I have asked for a refund twice and received no answer. This "company" is a total scam!!!

Scam. Ordered novelty lights. No tracking info received. No response to my emails. Eventually got a refund via PayPal

Ordered two herb strippers over a month ago. I should have checked here first. Tracking says they went from New Jersey to CHINA! Contacted company twice with no response. I now just received a notice from post office with a package that requires postage due. I suspect it's from this company, though I already paid shipping. I have never ordered from a social media ad before and NEVER will again.
