5 STAR SERVICE, As a repeat customer Acklam Cars is my go to place for my next vehicle. Always Best price given for part exchange (and trust me I call around first) and always make sure the customer is happy with the deal which looks to be as important to them as it is to their customers.

Worth Every Mile! Outstanding Experience with Acklam Cars
I had an amazing experience with Acklam Cars and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I drove all the way from Birmingham to Middlesbrough to collect my Defender, and it was 100% worth it.
I’d put down a deposit a couple of days before, and Joe was absolutely brilliant from the start. He answered all my questions over WhatsApp and phone calls, explained the finance options clearly, and was always quick to respond. Nothing ever felt rushed or pushy, which I really appreciated.
When I arrived on the day, the car was ready and waiting for me in the showroom, complete with flowers, which was such a lovely touch. Joe’s colleague took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, and I was able to do a test drive too, which made me feel really confident in my decision.
After that, John helped me with all the paperwork. He carefully went through everything, explained each part clearly, and patiently answered my last minute questions. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress free.
Everyone I dealt with was genuinely lovely, kind, and patient throughout. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I am absolutely thrilled with my car and the whole experience. Thank you to the entire Acklam Cars team!
