Fantastic Service

Fantastic service! Ordered our new washing machine at 17.30pm on a Friday and delivered and installed by two very friendly and efficient staff by 10.30 am on Saturday ( next day) .

Great price and top quality personal service .

Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service

We went to Aclands on Monday 9th Dec 24 to purchase a new built in oven. We chose one, paid for it and it was delivered and fitted the next day. The two lovely electricians were efficient and friendly left no mess and took our old oven away to recycle. From start to finish good service. Having had yet another mess up from Currys I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Aclands if you want good 'Old Fashioned' service. Support local shops!

On Saturday 19th December I ordered my…

On Saturday 19th December I ordered my oled TV and it was duly delivered to me on Tuesday 22nd at the agreed time.
The set was installed for me which entailed removing my old TV my surround amp and sky box and the new set on the new stand that I also purchased.
The whole install was efficiently and safely carried out and I am delighted with the results.
Good old fashioned service so shop local folks.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sold an item to an elderly 75yr old, vulnerable woman that was not fit for purpose.
Vile attitude & actually laughed in my face whilst being rude, condescending, & then raising his voice. No attempt to resolve. Wouldnt even listen to me.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE-if you get any problems itll be tough! Stick to Comet or buy direct from manufacturers

I am sorry that we have upset this lady, but sometimes we are not in a position to take back products. In this instance, the vacuum cleaner was a special order made by her mother, and delivered over two weeks ago. It is not faulty, and although initially denied by the complainant, it had clearly been used. We would obviously not be able to sell this to another customer, or return it to the manufacturer, hence our unwillingness to refund or exchange. I always try to be polite and helpful in resolving any problems that customer’s encounter, and object to the personal comments made about me when I was unable to help.

Our 3 month old Zanussi cooker

Our 3 month old Zanussi cooker, the top oven outer glass door exploded whist the bottom oven was on.
Aclands of Bridgwater our local retailer are very poor, they did not want to know because it was over 30 days old. They washed their hands totally and left it for us to contact the manufacturer until we complained several times and then they did eventually email electrolux customer services, too little to late i'm afraid. It certainly has put us and many of our family and friends off from buying anything from them again.
Again Aclands and us have been let down by a very poor customer services department at Zanussi/ Electrolux which obviously doesn't know its right hand from its left.
Over ten days to get appointment in the first place, they then change it without any notification, then some 3 days later they offer us a cancellation appointment for following morning but forget to tell engineer, then when he is told by his office,after numerous calls by us, he turns up but he obviously has no spare parts.
He does come back next day on the Saturday morning and fits no problem. We did get given £100 from electrolux as a goodwill gesture for the misunderstanding.
The Aclands of old, i'm told, would of sent somebody out to check the cooker over to make sure it was safe. Our contract is with them not the manufacturer, I believe they should of come and collected the cooker, gave us a replacement and then returned the item to the manufacturer for investigation because the glass exploding should not of happened. Overall we feel very let down by all concerned, maybe the days of your local, trustworthy customer friendly retailer has gone.

I am very sorry that you are disappointed with our response re this issue. We did try to help, in providing whatever information we could re contacting Electrolux. We did also contact Electrolux on your behalf, several times by phone and at least 4 times by email, including ensuring that they had a photo of the door, in an attempt to expedite the repair.
Unfortunately our hands are very much tied by the manufacturer, in that if a fault occurs they insist on using their own engineers. They also require that they speak to the customer themselves to find out more about the problem, and arrange the call.
I am, as you are, very disappointed with the length of time (2 weeks) that the repair took. I am glad to see that Electrolux have recognised this, and as we requested, compensated you for the inconvenience.

Alands radio !!

Alands radio !!! A truly excellent product !!! The site of the company properly and in particular SEO specialists worked on the site. I still question the toning and selection of green : Too much in the eye but on the other hand the presence of a lot of one color on the site discourages customers. Product a diverse combination of colors can be painted in another way.Thanks for the feedback.
