I had a really frustrating experience with this coach hire company and would not recommend them.

When I made the booking, I was very clear about our requirements (4 people, ski bags, and suitcases) and was explicitly told the vehicle would be suitable. Based on that advice, I paid the deposit. Only later—after I followed up to double-check—was I told the vehicle likely wouldn’t fit our luggage, which completely undermined the original booking.

At that point, the price was increased to accommodate a larger vehicle, leaving me with no real option but to find an alternative provider. I cancelled 23 days in advance, yet was still charged a 25% cancellation fee (£37.50), despite the issue arising from incorrect information provided by their team in the first place.

To make matters worse, the refund process was poor. I had to chase them to return the remaining balance of my deposit, which should have been processed proactively. This just added to the overall sense of disorganisation and lack of accountability.

Overall, really disappointing—misleading initial advice, inflexible handling of a reasonable complaint, and a refund process that required chasing. I’d strongly suggest others double-check everything in writing before booking, or consider using a more reliable provider.

Communication and price was good

Communication and price was good. On the departure, the driver was an hour late (due to traffic on the motorway, so not his fault). On the way home, driver was on time. Friendly service, would use again.

First time booking a coach service …

I have never booked a coach before so I decided to reach out to 3 firms. A class were quickest to respond, the most cost effective and the most proactive and helpful. This all made my decision easy to make and I felt like my birthday plans to the races were in safe hands😊

A+ Wedding Transportation

We hired this coach service to transport our guests to and from our wedding, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The coaches arrived right on time, the drivers were very professional, and everything ran smoothly on the day. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our guests were being transported safely and comfortably.

Thank you for helping make our wedding day run so seamlessly. We would absolutely recommend this service and happily give them 5 stars!

A Class were fantastic!!

A Class were fantastic. Brilliant driver - on time, very friendly, felt very safe. Coach was clean and well equipped. Customer service in the booking process was brilliant too! Would highly recommend.

transportation after the Cheltenham Races

We recently used this company for transportation after the Cheltenham Races, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly, which made the journey smooth and stress-free after a long day at the races. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organised. It’s always reassuring to travel with a company that is reliable and clearly values its customers. I would happily recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Our experience with this coach company was nothing short of disastrous. DO NOT USE.

Our airport transfer was handled with a level of incompetence unlike anything we have experienced before - and that’s despite coordinating hundreds of transfers across the UK and Europe every year.

The operations on the day of the outbound transfer were chaos, with the driver not turning up to the designated pick-up point and his contact number failing to connect, meaning we had absolutely no way of reaching them. 42 people were left standing around for just shy of 2 hours at 2am, with luggage in the cold and rain.

Trying to contact head office was equally infuriating. Calls either didn’t connect for an extended period, or when they finally did, the person answering had no idea what was going on. We were given no meaningful updates, no reassurance, and were told someone would “call us back.” They never did. Calling the customer service appalling, would be generous; it was significantly worse.
No communication. No ownership. No contingency plan. Just silence.

Meanwhile, we were in full panic mode. We had customers to get to the airport and a significant reputational risk hanging over us. With no guidance from the company, we began ringing local taxi firms ourselves — only to later discover the coach company was apparently doing the same, without bothering to inform us.
When the driver finally arrived — an hour and a half late — the damage was done. The journey to the airport became a tense, rushed ordeal filled with anxiety for both participants and staff. What should have been a simple, professional transfer turned into chaos purely due to poor organisation and a complete failure in communication.

When it comes to resolution, post-travel failures, the ‘independent review’ conducted by the company was less about establishing facts and more about deflecting responsibility. They used flight delays on the return journey as some kind of bargaining chip to offset their shortcomings. Secondly, the review concluded that the coaches arrived at the pick-up point on time. This is categorically untrue - as witnessed by an entire group of passengers left waiting in the rain. Finally, they presented failed call logs, provided by the driver, as evidence of effective communication - when in reality, they highlight the inadequacy of their attempts.

Given the chaos of the transfer, the complete breakdown in communication, and the subsequent refusal to accept accountability, I would advise everyone against booking with this company. Reliability, and transparency are not priorities of this company.

A Class Corporate Travel blamed a 'computer error', but after doing some investigation on what happenend, it was a 'human error'! Sam at A Class Corporate Travel didn't put the booking through before going on holiday. Took 10 days to get a refund and then they asked if I wanted to book with them again!

Awful company

Awful company. Gave a really good quote to parents who were struggling to get their children to school. Therefore thought they were saved and their children’s education secure just to be told at the last minute that they cannot meet their original quote (given by a director of the company) and they more than doubled it. Parents could not afford this and this meant no transport for the students. When I wrote to complain I have been ignored with no significant conclusion. Awful company. Do not advise using them.

Appalling Customer Service and Unprofessional Behaviour – Avoid at All Costs

We were left with no choice but to cancel our booking due to the completely unacceptable way this company failed to handle a critical change to our enquiry.

Over several days, both myself and my colleague made repeated attempts to get clarity on a change to our booking. Every time, we were met with vague, repetitive answers, zero resolution and absolutely no accountability. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no clear confirmation and no professional communication - just delay after delay until it was too late to proceed with confidence.

What made matters even worse was the outright rudeness we were subjected to. I was accused of lying by a member of staff and my colleague was shouted at - an appalling and completely unacceptable way to treat paying customers. Blaming us for their internal confusion was not only unprofessional, it was insulting.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, stressful and disappointing. Based on our treatment, I strongly urge others to think twice before booking with this company. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service standards speaks volumes.

This company is the worst ever! If I could give minis stars I would. Old buses that either don’t turn up or breakdown and very rude unprofessional staff. Say anything bad on their Facebook and your comment is deleted and blocked 🚫

I used this company for a work day out. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Their time keeping was impeccable and very reliable! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to hire a coach.

2 drivers booked. One tuned up over an hour late and the other got lost...

We booked 2 drivers to provide transport to a corporate event at the greenwich planetarium. Ferrying passengers to and from Cutty Sark station via the only open gate into the park over the course of the evening. 1 of the drivers showed up well over an HOUR LATE. By this time long queues had formed and then by the time they did arrive there was no one left to pick up as they had all arrived. The other driver who was on time got lost despite multiple briefing calls with A class ahead of time to brief them on directions and access into the park. After clearly conveying our dissatisfaction there was no formal follow up and an attitude by the customer service to sweep the whole thing under the rug hoping it would go away. In summary, unreliable, poor service, unprofessional and you are better off going with the many other vendors that can do this properly.
