thanks for helping me recert in a time-pinch. Could not find a class that was close in my time frame which I needed to renew.
Course is good, Technical support poor
The course itself is good.
However, technical support is poor.
I sent several correspondences via email and phone. I spoke to Angela about not being able to download certificates. She didn’t seem to understand my request and wanted to send another email. She seemed annoyed by my request to send it another way (fax/email pic). It’s been almost 14 days and I haven’t received either certificates by mail. Angela also told me she would call to find out if the certificates were returned or mailed to the wrong address. I’m still waiting for a response as I need this info for reappointment.
Overall good experience
I was sooo glad to be able to do this…
I was sooo glad to be able to do this online. I get so nervous when I’m in a large group class.
I especially like the videos
I especially like the videos. My only recommendation would be to have more videos. Some people, like myself, are visual learners. The gentleman in the video was a fantastic teacher.
Great course
Great course! I love the videos they are very helpful for the learning experience.
This was the hardest one yet
This was the hardest one yet. but passed after repeated attempt. I did learn new medical information.
The Test Is Too Tricky
The material presented was comprehensive and well done. The videos were excellent. Some videos were corny but effective. My chief complaint was the test. It was tricky and did not effectively reflect the material to be tested. For example one question was about the external pacer. The question asked which should be done first: apply the pads or turn on the pacer? This is not a substantive question. Another question was what should be done upon admission to the cardiac ICU: obtain an EKG or administer ASA? Of course that depends on how many EKGs and ASAs were administered in the ER and either answer could easily be supported by written material in the course. My suggestion is that
the entire battery of test questions be reworked with the aid of a professional adult educator.
Great videos
Great videos! I took this course and two others, there were some differences, but not much. Videos were great.
was a great coarse the only thing…
was a great coarse the only thing missing was some simulations all in all it was a great coarse
Interesting
They have corny portions of the course that makes it interesting and not as boring. :)
Got my refund
My certification from ACLS was not accepted by my school, but ACLS refunded me my money. I was very thankful for this.
5 stars!
Quick to review, easy to access, and readily available information with the latest guidelines. Best of all you get to print or keep a digital copy of your certificates (and CME credits) whenever you need them.
Easy to read and lots of information.
Very time consuming & cubersome!
Quick and efficiency alternative
Quick and efficiency alternative.
The test was not easy but manageable.
The test was a little difficult
The test was a little difficult. I even went back to the material and couldn’t find the answers. It took me two times to pass the test. Otherwise, the videos were helpful and the material was laid out appropriately.
