No instructions on using the fastener noise reduction grommets
When I inquired about using the noise control pad, I was told to change my design to a vertical attachment even though my application is a horizontal attachment to concrete ( Oneida Turbo supercell installation )

The product sound panels are high quality - but are very expensive. The entry level 4X8 panels are in the mid $250. The better panels are over $400 each. While applications vary - this is a very expensive solution for a 12X20 studio.
I purchased the lower quality lower cost panels and while the sound absorption is improved- it certainly wasn’t worth the $3k I spent. The better panels would have cost me over $6k. Not sure it would have made a difference.

Working with live people that help solve problems with good acoustical product knowledge

I have been using their acoustical panels for a long time. I needed to install additional panels in my music room. Product is excellent; well made, aesthically pleasing, absorbs sound, and the service is good. Panel is well protected for shipping. Web site is educational. I was able to build my own panels with the information on their web site.

Dave Watkins helped me over the phone to order the panels. Answered all my questions. The panels arrived when he said and they were packed very well. No torn or dents on any of the tile.

The sales person that helped was excellent! His suggestion for the panels I used made the room sound great. No nasty echos but not too dead. He suggested a panel size that saved me a considerable amount of money due to it being on sale.

Very good customer service and a good product. We opted for the "Rotofast" attachment system for our ceiling job. We found out with panel number one that if the black pegs which are designed to go onto the wall, and then have the panels "snapped" onto them, are off AT ALL (either a bit crooked due to the wall anchor not being perfectly straight, or your initial wall markings not being perfectly aligned), then you're not going to get the panel snapped into all four anchors. Maybe on a wall installation not so much trouble, but on a ceiling install its trouble.
