Excessive shipping charge.
Product was fine, no complaints there. Good selection.
I called sales a couple times and left messages. They called back after a few days.
Shipping seemed high for such a light box. They charged me $64.28. I took label to Post Office, they said postage was about $38.

As discussed, shipping is calculated based on the package price shape, size, weight and insurance. USPS employee is correct that the postage cost of sending your package was about $38, including insurance. However, when you include all the dimensions L X W X H, and Weight, you get an average of $58-$60 depending on the day the carrier picks up and delivers the shipment. You can review this at the USPS website in their Retail Postage Price Calculator and selecting the package send option of: Calculate price based on Shape and Size.
Also, USPS has associated fees for packages depending in length that you can review at: https://www.usps.com/business/verify-postage.htm

I dont know why mi debit card was not approved, you don´t give me a reason. One year ago I bought resin with hardener but the product expired 3 months after my purchasing. I didn´t realize when it had already happened. You are not trusty company..

Usually, declined reasons include entering the wrong billing, the wrong security code, an incorrect number on the credit card or banking reasons such as insufficient funds, holds, fraud prevention, and many more but only the bank can provide you the correct information.
