Took over 30 hours to process a little shipment then it arrived a day late paying for overnight shipping. Not what I call good service

I wanted to address your concern about the time it took to process your order, ship the order and your shipping method. Looking at your order, I see that you placed the order on 7/25/2022, you were provided a promise date and a estimated shipping date of 7/27/2022. You also paid for overnight shipping method. The order shipped 7/26/2022. This order was processed and shipped ahead of our promise and shipping estimated date. I want to share with you that our order processing system schedules orders in chronological order from the time the order was placed in our website. Selecting the overnight shipping method from the carrier, only applies to the delivery transit service provided by the carrier and not our order internal processing time. ACP Composites processing, packaging and scheduling carrier to pick up the package usually takes 2 business days after the order was placed. After the order has been process you will need to add shipping transit time for your order to arrive. When you selected overnight shipping method, the overnight expedite shipping only applied to the carrier.
If you need and require the order to process and ship earlier than our promise date generated by our system, we are happy to help you with an expedited request after you place the order. Always feel free to give us a call at 925-443-5900. Our ACP customer service team is always ready to help with customer requests. Please note that there are expedites fees in order to move an order to the front of the scheduled order list, but we are always able to accommodate these requests.
