Scam site. Instead of eur 30 I paid eur 45 for the entrance of Acropolis.
This website uses misleading pricing practices.
Tickets officially cost €30, but I was charged €45.50, with a hidden €15.50 surcharge presented vaguely as a “booking fee”.
This represents over 50% markup and is not clearly disclosed before payment, which prevents consumers from making an informed decision.
This is not an official provider and gives a misleading impression.
It is a scam!
They charge massive extra money for the tickets (15 euro/ticket). Avoid them.
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.
They took two time payment because website has error. I paid 130 euro. Ticketpreis by official website is 40 euro. There is no support.
The support desk have never replied my email. It is scam. Do not buy the ticket from them if you don’t want to waste time and money. They will make your bad memory.
Tickets work fine but they cost 50% more than from the official website. I didn’t realise until afterwards that this website is not the official seller of acropolis tickets. They just take a massive €15 extra per ticket (€45). Waste of your money. Go to the official website where the ticket cost only €30 per ticket.
This is a reselling scammer website that make their page look like a government website so you’ll fall for it. There is no cancellation or refund option, you can only exercise your right to withdraw based on their TC’s, which I did but they replied to my emails within one business month time :). They have multiple email addresses and some of them don’t work. Buy your tickets from the official website and don’t pay a 40€ upsell for scammers.
AVOID! Charged a fee of £22.50 for a ticket that should have been free. We were also unable to enter with the ticket.
AVOID this company like a plague. They pretend to be an official ticket office but they are not official, just agents. I had issues with my Acropolis museum tickets that I bought from this website and I was refused entry. I had to pay again for a new ticket.
Customer service is very unhelpful and refuse to refund
Like other have said do not use this site. It's a scam. Tickets cost double. Find an official site in .gr domain.
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.
They will take your money without any remorse. I entered an incorrect email address and never received my tickets. I wrote to them explaining my problem but they refused to refund the money. I hope they enjoy spending my 136,5€. There is also an expensive 46,5€ handling fee.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
Scam. Not the official site. Charged me 72€ extra on 6 tickets and you don't get anything extra for that money. I felt so stupid when I received the tickets, with the official price stamped on them, by mail and realized that I had been tricked.
Pay attention, this is not an official site. Even if it may seem like it. It is very unclear and never states the handling fee.
They charged us 136,5€ for three 30€ tickets,
46,5€ handling fee.
Don’t use this site!
