I was cold called by coach Andrew de Groot. We set up a meeting and embarked on Coaching for my team and I. Meetings were all recorded and transcripts created by an AI tool. So far so, good.

Then came a life changing calamity on Andrew’s part - he sent the transcripts and videos to my co-Director, whom most of the conversations had been about. There was also a lot of highly sensitive personal information in the transcripts.

To cut a long story short, 3 full time staff resigned as a result of the data breach and I am left to pick up the pieces without an apology or a refund.

I attended my second Growth Club today in Warwick and found it to be truly inspirational. I have a clear vision of what to focus on in the next 90 days which has made things easier and more achievable. It's definitely worth the visit.

Excellent and continuous knowledge and support. I have used Rod at Mansfield Action Coach for around 9 months now and without his constant expertise I don't think we would have achieved what we have.

A big thing for me is being made to set targets and goals and being held accountable to them - really aids focus on your tasks as helps prioritise busy working days.

I would fully recommend getting an Action Coach.

Have just been called from this company by a guy calling himself Jo although we are TPS reg and have been for 23 years. He was over familiar and happily talked over the top of me. It is a criminal act to call TPS reg companies with sales calls. Asked may times for the company name which he was not able to clearly give me. Had to go the Companies House and then ask is his company THE BUSINESS COACHING FIRM LIMITED which he confirmed. Seemed to think it was acceptable to hold data on companies despite the Digital Data Protection Act and ignore TPS.

Draw your own conclusion from the above. But we do not deal with companies or individuals that break the law in the first instance of contact or consider the law does not apply to them. We recommend others do not condone these by dealing with such. Take consideration of the above and think to yourself are the other review to good to be true?

I had a fantastic coaching session with Alex from Action Coaching. The session was incredibly beneficial and provided me with a detailed understanding of the essential steps in building a successful business and how to implement them effectively. I really enjoyed the time I spent with Actioncoach Duncan McKechnie. We spent time working through my business and identifying the strengths and areas that could be strengthened! The thread that ran through this assessment was not surprising to me but did highlight that action need to be taken.

During the session, we were also able to explore my personal ambitions and how the business could and should align with these.

I am grateful to Duncan for holding this space and giving me an opportunity to take a helicopter view of my business.

I had really high hopes, but my experience with ActionCoach was really discouraging. The service fell far short of expectations, despite the claims made and the money-back guarantee given in our email discussion. Meetings were rescheduled on both sides several times during the process, and coaching sessions lacked focus and direction. Unfortunately, no effort was made to correct the mistake or provide a refund, and we did not receive any meetings for the last month that we paid. It is disappointing to witness such a lack of accountability and client happiness.

I attended one of Natalie’s 90 Day planning sessions and was so pleased I went along.
Already knowing the value of making this kind of plan, I was amazed at how much else I got out of the day.
Natalie included some simple exercises for us prior to the ‘big plan’ and with each one she encouraged us to dig that bit deeper. Working individually at our own pace, while also alongside others, the easy pace of the day made for a very productive one.
