I ordered a trial version

I ordered a trial version, Payment for the trail was taken straight away. A month later they took €250 from my account, when I contacted them they said it was because I had signed up for monthly direct debit, I did not. they said it was in the trial print. I then went through the process again as a new customer t check this (without placing the order and nowhere was this in there), they said they would send me a refund. They never did. they said they would have to send a cheque as of Covid 19 they could not refund my debit card, total rubbish excuse, obviously the check never arrived, I contacted them again to chase the refund and I have had no reply, This has been going on for over 6 months now. I have sent 5 emails chasing this and no one replied, these people are a scam, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY.

I ordered weight training products but was sent 2 jars of skin cream.
Rubbish customer service.

I will amend this review if this company sends me the correct product.
