Found this website while looking for short grain paper for bookbinding, I will admit I was a bit worried due to there not being many reviews but decided to order a few papers to try as the pricing was very reasonable.
Very glad I did, everything came well packaged and labled, I only bookbind as a hobby so it will take me a while to get through what I've ordered but I will definitely check here first when I need more!

Damaged card and replacement not sent
Card arrived packaged poorly and every page was damaged.
Emailed customer service and they promised a replacement, which I didn't receive weeks later.
Followed up with an email chasing and have been ignored. Very disappointing service.
