I was so very happy with the service I received from Active Digital. All the staff I spoke to worked so hard to solve all my problems and to make sure that my new phone did everything I needed it to. I am 74 and not computer savvy but they talked me through everything I needed and were very polite and courteous at all times.

Active Digital provide a great service, give really good advice and listen to my needs. They don't go for the hard push with sales, which I always appreciate. I mostly deal with Charlotte, and she's been spot on, every time.

Brilliant service, use them for all our work mobiles and wouldn't use anyone else. Always very helpful.

Wow! What a service I experienced setting up with Active Digital. The response to my enquiry was rapid, within 10 minutes, and on a weekend. I then dealt with Alex, who was amazing at advising plans and handling all the paperwork. I don’t know why businesses would use a nonpersonal service when you have all the support you need with a personal touch.

We recently made the transition from our old analogue telephone to our new VoIP system. I would thoroughly recommend Active Digital as they walked us through the whole process.
Had it not been for Open Reach dragging their heels on the day of transferring the line it would’ve been a seamless transfer.
We’re very pleased with the new cloud system and quite frankly couldn’t imagine going back to the old system.
