I have not received my order.

Very poor to get in touch with them as i have had a problem with my delivery. So i have tried to contact them and you can only email been waiting 3 days and not heard nothing from them. On top off this i ordered on a Tuesday at 2 in the morning next working day delivery so should off got it on the Thursday. Apparently it got delivered on the Saturday but i haven't received my goods. I still stand on what i said but after when they get back to you they are quick to respond its just that first one.

We purchased a era active + blow up bed arrived well packed and quick delivery.Used the bed only 3 times so far,it does say to blow it up 2 hours before use and then top up.
First impressions it's comfy and well made.

I am so pleased with this company and the service they provide, I ve got a damaged mattress but they kindly replaced it with a new one, and it’s a very good mattress, big and comfortable. Really good quality. Recommend it!

Really comfy bed. Inflates and deflate quickly. But more important excellent customer service, I had an issue which was resolved the same day. Very happy.

I’ve had a stroke and the only bed I can get a comfortable nights sleep is on an air bed, I have been using active era beds for a couple of years now, but the last two didn’t last even a month, after asking for a replacement I received a refund which I didn’t want.I sleep on them every night and don’t expect to get 12 months out of them but expect them to last more than a month.

Won’t stay inflated

The costumer service is verry reactive when we need help or have a question.
The product is good. We just have to apply the user manuel.

So the air mattress I received deflated twice within an hour on both occasions.
I contacted active era who are now sending me a replacement. I spoke to some one called Eklis who has kept me informed at all times and dealt with this matter in a timely manner. Thanks Eklis. Shame other companies aren’t like these 10/10 for customer service 👍

Orderd a great mattress , it is very comfortable. I seem to have had a slight fault in the 1 I received and a split in the seam happened after about 3 months of use. But Angelica helped me go through trying to fix it, then when the seam wouldn't fix they sent out a free replacement straight away. 10/10 customer service such a smooth process.

I was amazed by how quickly Active Era responded to my message about how the last airbed I purchased had completely deflated and also at how they immediately replaced the airbed and delivered it a few days later.

All went smooth, product (sleeping bag) is good quality and best price I found on the internet, also customer service is helpful
