Active Office has always given me prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly service. Staff in all departments have high standards and take pride in satisfying customers. Their charges offer great value for money. I recommend Active Office highly to potential customers. You will not be disappointed.

Bought an ex-display chair direct from their showroom in Kilmarnock. No paperwork came with the chair except a delivery note. Queried with store, asked what paperwork I needed and I replied requesting the instructions, guarantee etc - the usual that comes with an office chair. Also notified them that there was a problem with the chair in that the lumbar pump deflated within an hour so there must be a leak. Only reply I got was an out of office.

I contacted them again a month after the out office expired saying I had not received a reply.

Still no response. So now I have a faulty chair that doesn't meet the description and Active Office in Kilmarnock just ignores me. Will avoid in future, pity because I now need a new desk.

The state of the parcel that arrived was terrible, numerous dents, lots of brown tape as if someone has tried to repackage a broken or 2nd hand item, etc. Having opened the parcel I have inspected the parts to find numerous parts with scratches or dents, levers that overlap and hit each other if they were to be used and one of the wheels is missing as only 4 included instead of 5.

Ordered coffe online, paid. After two days e-mail came: We regret to inform you that we are unable to complete your order placed on Activeoffice.co.uk due to an error in the information supplied to us on the products ordered.
Dissapointing!

Poor service and my order was short Even though it was one item The fact that Nearly a week later I Have not had an adequate response Is disgusting. Definitely will not be using this company again irrespective of their prices. After sending another email one of the staff refunded me for the missing item thank you

Best price I could find for ergonomic desk and pedestal. Delivery was free and took one week but I received legs for a straight desk. I was sent replacement legs within 3 days, the packaging was damaged and had obviously been opened and replaced. Happy to find everything is now complete. Desk is sturdy and will last me years.

Ordered an Office table online. Paid £40 for delivery. Waited 2 weeks. I emailed them and they replied the table will be delivered next week. Then after 3 weeks got a call demanding £114 extra for delivery!! Manager was rude. Wasted 3 weeks and cancelled the order in the end.

Not often I write reviews but I was so impressed with Active Office. Ordered Tuesday evening delivered Thursday! Excellent office chair 10/10 Thankyou.

Office desk sent, package looked like it had been kicked to my house. Not in the state to be sent to customers.
Arranged exchange, however item didnt arrive despite several phone calls to check. Exchange raised on another customers order number. Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing.
When replacement arrived, screws missing- had to use alternatives.
Order from another company in future.

I needed some Command hooks and found this company on a internet search. Not only were the Command hooks the best price I found but I added to my order to include some pens, dusters and dishcloths.

Everything turned up within 2 working days, delivered by an excellent delivery service. The hooks were exactly what I wanted and the quality of the other items excellent.

Will certainly use this company again

Had the items I was looking for when everyone else seemed to be out of stock. Reasonable prices, arrived quickly.
