I would highly recommend Active Recruitment for whoever is seeking a job within the Educational sector. I've personally interacted with David, who was very supportive and kind, extremely professional and highly involved throughout the whole recruitment process. Ive started my job within less than two weeks, which was great. Prior to my start date, David had provided guidance on how to prepare for the role and helped improve my confidence, which I quite needed.
Lovely person to talk to, I would highly recommend David to anyone who needs assistance in their job search.

The one thing the company does really well is place you with a consultant who goes to the extent of giving you their phone number so you can ask questions outside of working hours.

My experience with Active has been excellent. Ryan came to my college to speak about CV writing and I really appreciated his honest, genuine and heartfelt approach. The informative presentation was very encouraging and motivating and from then I decided Active may be the right place for me.

Once I had finished my teaching courses I contacted Ryan again and the process began. Scott helped me tremendously with getting all my information in and done with speed and efficiency.

Before I knew it, Lucy had contacted me with a job offer which I took and 3 and a bit months later, I’m still there!

What I also appreciate about Active is their aftercare of checking in and making sure everything is going well with the school - Lucy did this at the start of my job it was nice to know I could express any concerns if I had any.
