I ordered a spare part for fox shox and received the item two days later. Good company and will certainly use again.

Needed replacement for damaged left hand crank on my old XTC. Right side still perfect so didn't want to fork out for whole chainset. Bikes Direct supplied black isis crank at a good price and deliverd to time.

Couldn't ask for more.

Bought two sets of these for my nephews and they arrived in superfast time. They are far better than regular handlebar grips and were sold at a very decent price, so I active sport is a worthy place for your bike supplies.

This has to be the worst online experience that I have ever had in 10 years of online shopping. The order was not dispatched on time and it took two weeks to reach me. When it arrived it was only a partial delivery as the other item wasn’t in stock although it was advertised online and payment has been taken. They then had no clue when it would be in stock. Eventually I had to ask for a refund. Customer service is non-existent, there might be one guy responsible for reading emails, but he is certainly not responsible for answering them. If you ring them up you’ll probably speak to someone who learnt his skills by watching Basil Fawlty (‘yes . . . well what do you want’). The ironic thing about this experience is that when the item arrived by post it came with a note ‘please tell the world how good we are’. Well I hope you enjoy this review.
