Don't believe fake reviews, CONTACT CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Only reason these criminals are no longer taking new orders is that they were finally kicked off of every possible payment processing platform for too many chargebacks. Be forewarned that literally every positive review on this page is fake or coerced, tricking you into not contacting your credit card company to get a refund because you still think you might get your weights, or maybe you got one of those fake refund notices in your email from Vince but it hasn't showed up on your credit card statement... CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I don't know how else to say this. Not a single positive review on here is legitimate. They are stringing people along until it's too late for them to report the fraud to their credit card company. I do feel bad for you, but at this point, if you can't tell that this is a scam, are still waiting on an order, or haven't contacted your credit card company to report fraud and get a chargeback, you're hopeless.

Got exactly what I ordered.

Many people have said this company is a scam deal...I disagree and give 5 stars.
My experience of buying weight plates was fine. It was last year during the time when no company had any equipment on hand. The wait was longer than I wanted, however, I did get exactly what I ordered and in new condition. So I'm gonna agree with the folks who suggest this company was ill-prepared for the demand during gym closures/covid-19 restrictions.

Good product, logistics could use help.

Good product. The plates took ages to come and their shipping notifications were odd. The notification told me that all my packages had been delivered but the second set of plates hadn't come yet. They did respond quickly to my email to clarify. Given the COVID situation, I'm willing to give them a break. Hopefully, they figure out their logistics.

Tried calling on 2/15, no answer, official website has try back after 15 March if no refund. Contact support website is no longer working. Scamming owners need to be held accountable and imprisoned. Frustrated consumer!

Not a scam.

Not a scam.

This small business is not a scam. Bad logistics, planning, and system made the worst of this company.

I just wish they had better planning!
Most businesses don't last 2yrs and that's just unfortunate. They gave me my refund of $698 after waiting almost 2mos. I bought weights on an app 2days later for $300.

This could've been a very good company just need better leadership behind to steer it.

giving them 5 stars to offset the “scam reviews”

this is not a scam company. They’re new to online business and got in over their heads.
I ordered in October and it took until mid January for my order to come in. Which ofc was extremely frustrating. When my weights came in they were of good quality. I’m sorry to see the business go so early into it’s life. As you all know few business live to see their 2nd year. They had a good idea they just didn’t figure out the logistics in time.

Clearly its a scam

Clearly its a scam. They claim that over 1000 packages disappeared first they claim it was usps in their email to clients , in their website they changed the ridiculous claim to fedex.
That thing doesn't happen we are also distributors, maybe 1% get lost in shipping not everything , and they clearly scammed the people by giving lower prices than what actual distributors can even buy to attract clients and steal their money.
Whoever need stock check out spartusa.com we have stock available and we ship for real not in back orders within 5 business days.

I don’t believe them to be a scam

I don’t believe them to be a scam, but they were very unprepared to begin their business. They saw an opportunity, tried to seize it, but they were ill equipped to do so. My assumptions are they were taking preorders with payment as their form of working capital. As delays mounted and cancellations piled up, you are then faced with no cash to continue the business. They have many excuses which are all well within someone’s control (technology used, preorders when they cannot accurately predict timing). They need not use COVID as the excuse as I, as well as many others, ordered multiple items from many well established businesses during this pandemic. I ended up getting my plates from Rogue which only allowed orders when they had stock. COVID actually made this type of business easier, this was a matter of inexperience. Hopefully they learned from this experience, but based on their email “Last Update” they may have not. If they learned, it is better that they swung and missed. You learn from failure.

Mixed Review

I just received an email from the company stating that they were out of business. I have a mixed review of their company.

I am one of the fortunate customers that received my weight plate order. It took 2 months from the time I placed the order in November (at the time I was told the order would be there in 2 weeks or less). All along, I had contact with their Logistics Manager, who was very helpful, empathetic and honest. I felt like that person was sincere. My major issue came when I was told that the barbell I ordered was still no where close to shipping. I asked for a refund on that item and received and email confirming the refund on January 3. Weeks went by and no refund to my credit card. Up until January 22, I had contact with the same Logistics Manager, but all communication abruptly stopped. I tried reaching out to the company using their chat function, email, phone calls, etc... and no response. I’m wondering if they had made the decision to close their business around that time and that explains their silence. Finally, a couple days ago I requested a chargeback with help from my credit card company. I provided them the email I received proving the refund was approved. The chargeback process was very easy and I’m assuming everything will go smoothly.

I’m giving AD4M 3 stars because I think they got caught up thinking they could start a new business in the midst of a pandemic and didn’t forsee all of the challenges that they were going to face, but that’s definitely on them. The weight plates I received are of very good quality, so it’s a shame they couldn’t figure out the logistics better!

There was definitely delays…

There was definitely delays that resulted in my cancelation of the order, however I do feel that it would be unfair to lable this organization as a scam. I believe their honesty, the fact they voluntarily refunded customers orders that couldn't be fulfilled and transparency regarding the logistical breakdown gives the organization credibility. Hopefully they can try again and do much better in the near future with order fulfillment. Thanks for your honesty.

Out Of Business

According to their website on 2-12-21, the company is closed.
I'm glad I got my two 45's before they closed. It took 2 months but better late than never. I got sucked in by their low prices and in stock products. I'm glad I didn't spend more money with them.

I feel sorry for those that got nothing.

Ad4m Fitness is a scam company

Ad4m Fitness is a scam company. I ordered some plates which I never received. I tried contacting them multiple times by email and phone and nobody answers. I'm contacting my credit card company to request a chargeback. Don't waste your time and even less DON'T order from them and provide your credit card!
I regret not having read their reviews before ordering from them.

I get that times are hard for shipping…

I get that times are hard for shipping and honestly I was not expecting to get the weights I ordered mid-November till about Feb. Its now Feb 10th, I have tried to contact Ad4m through email, text, and phone. I definitely want a refund which Ad4m has said he would give out without issue in a Facebook post. Fingers crossed but I won't hold my breath.
