I I booked a call with Adam for 1/1/2025. When he didn't call at the appointed time, I searched his name and company's name and it was a bit tricky as he claims he has 11 years of experience however doesn't feel like it as I did not have any contact. I believe he is dodgy and I'm actually grateful he didn't call me otherwise I may have been mislead.

Complete waste of time.

After setting up a call where the concluding action plan sounded great, we issued an NDA that was signed and subsequently gave Read-Only Access to Adam.

That was the end of it.

We chased a number of times for an outcome / update, only received one email reply stating "Will follow up shortly via email, just finalising a suggested plan and comparing to setups with my clients" but he never came back to us.

This was a simple trouble-shooting issue that we needed guidance with so we were very surprised to have been 'ghosted'.

We ended up withdrawing access and starting the process again with another specialist.

My advice to anyone researching Adam, is to avoid or mention this review and ask for assurances where communication is concerned.

My initial experience with Adam was great. We talked through my pay per click plans and he seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Once I had paid him the money though things changed. It took him 3 weeks to build a very simple campaign that should have taken him about 5 hours only. He also found endless excuses not to return my calls and emails over this period.

Once the ppc campaign was live I had hardly any clicks on my website. I therefore said I would like the balance back of the unused hours owing to me (around £200). I then never heard from him again despite numerous attempts to phone him and to email him.

I would definitely not recommend going near this individual. I may also report him to trading standards I feel so strongly about him.
